Did a instacart delivery here at night. Had the worst time with gps finding customer & when I dropped off I couldnt find the exit out of park. Crazy spider web maze of streets In this park.

There is a pool and you are uloud to have you grandchildren if you want they have get to gathers to suldrat thanksgiving diner and there is a song clud and a book clud and more if youed like they ulowd dogs p.s my grandparent live they they is also a dog park

Its getting better. Maintenance of the property has improved since June 2018. Pool, hot tub, and furniture could use some cleaning. Water & Trash are a bit high considering its a bin (added to the space rent). Generally quiet. Close to shopping.

This is a 55 plus community of manufactured home living. This is an older property and the landscape shows its maturity. There is a pool and Clubhouse here and the layout of the homes provide more privacy than the normal manufactured home environment. The Gated Community provides some sense of security and the community does boast a low crime rate. The property rent rate is lower than the average in the high desert.

Perfect for retirement. Nice residents, no complaints. Everyone sticks to themselves. The club house has entertainment and gathers a couple of days a week. Its very nice to feel safe in the gated community.

Great place to live if u r 55 years old or older. A nice swimming pool and hot tube. It also has free trash pick up.

These are NOT Mobile homes. They are well built Modular homes on a foundation. Beautiful community with stunning mountain views and green belts. Very well kept by all residents. Very friendly and peaceful place to call home

Nice clean looking place

Quiet place and secure.

55+ trailer park. The grounds appear to be taken care of. My only suggestion is to make sure you get directions to wherever your going because there is no rhyme or reason to the numbering system.

I love the security that I feel here. I can walk anytime I want and not feel threaten. Lots of great neighbors.
