Beautiful park.Lowest rent space N high desert.

The Golden Coach Mobile Home Park is a senior complex and one must be 55 years old or above.It is an older park off main roads so if you take the bus you have to walk about 3 short blocks that dont have sidewalks.The management is strict about the pet policy.One can have a cat and a dog but not 2 cats or 2 dogs.Your parents or grandparents may like the park with all the oak trees, it is shady, and quiet.

New Owners as of 12-01-2018 Large LLC in Chandler AZ, raised the rent first thing. Did do some work like painting the club house, but none of the real issues have been fixed or addressed. On site management could be better.

The manager is a bully and a very nosey women. She likes to act like a cop. Shes got lots of park rules and reglasions yet she her self breaks each and everyone of them daily. She is making a lots of senior citizens life miserable. They really need to look into a new manager. That would make the park a much happier place to live. Oh and she says no renters everyone must own their trailer yet she rents the ones she own out . Trust me you will hate living there and would just get stuck in thst hostile environment. Marie is a true bully the bully manager.

Very friendly on the phone. Homes for sale. But not rentals.
