Nice, but a little small.

Its been a month since I reported water heater problems and thehandy man gives me an attitude when I call him on it. The landscaper is a few cards shord of a full deck as well. He keeps picking fights with the resistance. Its not a peaceful place to live.

Really bad place to live. Strick rules on nonsense. Bad management, with shady employees.

DONT RENT/OWNER a mobile home been here 15 years and can wait to get the hell out of this place poor management and have handyman working around that does nothing but flurt with the ladys...the rent goes up every 6 months for no reason.the rent is expensive.!!!!!!! ohh and unless u want your family living next to drug dealers and druggies i suggest you dont rent here the cops come thru every week for something new so dnt rent here you will REGRET it trust me..!!!!!!!!
