This is just your average mobile home park with a lot of mobile homes in two different areas. They have a lake where you can fish but no swimming allowed because you wouldnt want to get in that dirty water anyway. They have two clubhouses and pools. The park is reasonably clean and the staff seem to be nice. This used to be an adults only park on one side and a family park on the other but I believe they have now opened it all to families.

Its a pretty nice place. Just more police visits in here these days.

Family lives here and I love the lake with the ducks and geese. Very serene!

Great place to live. 3 pools will keep you cool in the summer. Quiet and peaceful. Even has a lake with fish for fishing.

I moved here in July 2019 and have really enjoyed the area. For the most part it is nice and quiet about 99% of the time.

Lots of kids wandering around, lots of feral cats and a ton of cars per unit filling the streets which lets you know more than one resident per unit.Lot of people must be renting rooms there. Literally like 4 or 5 cars per mobile home.

Park has seen big improvements over past three years. Lots of fun things to do here. Very safe. Friendly office staff. Manager cares about us. July 4th was a blast this year and movie nights by the lake is just awesome. My kids love it here and so do we!!!

Always seems quiet and peaceful when I drive thru.I love the lake I think its great you can actually fish in it.Ive been looking at buying a home in that park.

I have lived here for 11 years, and in the last 4 years there has been many amazing changes and up grades to the community, George and Ann are fantastic . I have always felt very safe here as well as informed of all the new improvements and fun events. The approval application they require has made it possible to have wonderful neighbors around me.

Nice park way better than the one across from superwalmart

Beautiful, manufactured home, all age park. Top features include 2-acre fishing lake, 3 pools, 2 saunas, 2 clubhouses, game room, tennis, and basketball courts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and well-maintained. Must qualify to live in park. Space is rented, home is purchased.

It was pretty good experience buying at this place (it was my first time), good personal service, and what is better they cut my preference choice of meet..I will share some of my bbq pics....

Most expensive mobil park in high desert. Been to 8 parks & this one has the highest rent space & quite expensive homes too.However it does have a lake that you can actually fish in.

That George and Anne are the best!! They treat you like family here!

The manager there is a good guy.He keeps the park a safe place to stay.The upkeep of the premises is great.The pools always look refreshing.Its a great place to raise kids and the manager George is the reason for this.

Beautiful community, We went to visit our friends who live here at Los Ranchos and I loved driving around their little streets and swimming pool.

Affordable home ownership, gorgeous lake, three beautiful well kept pools and two spa tubs, and a nice park for the kids. Close to shopping, and good schools. And, above all, exceptional management.

The manager starts out as a nice guy until you complain. I complained about the people dealing drugs in the home behind me. He then made it his goal to get rid of us. There are all kinds of favoritism at this park. If the park manager likes you, you can do anything

I wouldnt let my mom live anywhere else. Very safe and the people are nice around here. I like to walk my mother around the lake and sometimes we feed the ducks. Never any problems and no grafitti, gangs or rude people. The security patrol at night stops and talks to us. They are very nice too. The manager is very nice to us. Some people dont like him because he makes them clean their yard and move their cars off the street. The maintenance guy Tony always helps my mom and is very nice to her. We like living here.

A good community with 2 pools, parks, and relatively quiet for the density of housing.

One of the nicer mobile home parks. Still has your typical druggies who like to rev their broken down vehicles engines at midnight and have their homeless relatives/friends sleeping in vehicles. Beyond that the lake is pretty and the community pools are clean. The clubhouses are nice and great for events. They have a little gym for the residence and coin laundry facility. People drive like idiots in there so I would be careful with your little ones. School age children can catch the school bus directly infront of the park. The city bus has a bus stop out front. They have a BBQ pit area available for residence.

Terrible management. Wont respond to my complaints or emails. Bad place to live. The water is never on and dogs are constantly barking keeping me awake every night.Edit: The manager George Prats threatened me after making a complaint. Cant believe this. DO NOT THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!!!

1 beautiful Park

I lived there 10 years. Not all rules are enforced, i.e., size & types of dogs. I lived next door to an aggressive pitbull mix. Reported this many times to mgmt but nothing was done about it. Pitbulls are one of the breeds not allowed according to the rules. Also, our space rent was being raised $20./month every year. When I left, it was just over $600/month. Many other problems.

Dont move here! Ive had my cars broken into five times and my kids bikes stolen three times and numerous other things stolen from my front porch or my driveway. At to top it off management is useless and could care less about these problems. Every year since Ive lived here my space rent goes up $30 and for what?! So my children toys get stolen. Ridiculous! Save yourself the problems and dont move here, there are so many other nice places to live in Apple valley but trust me this place is riddled with drug addicts and crime. Dont move here!
