It looks like life is pretty good over there at the Riviera terrace trailer court. The most idyllic Little Creek that runs through it, great mountain views and some of the friendliest folks around. Its a place where kids play and dogs bark, theres always people working on some project or another outside of their house and theyre just as glad to lend you a hand with whatever you got going on too. Five Stars

Its a trailer court paved but becoming run down a couple places seem concerned with the outward appearance but the majority look like its a competition for junk collection.

I have passed by or through the majority of the trailer parks in Anchorage and numerous parks actually look decent a few I could even call quaint, but Riviera is not among those. Amidst the the rabble and junk dumps there are a few homes that are well kept, but as a whole the park looks like a tetanus shot shot waiting to be administered... Enough said.

At first this trailer court seemed okay excluding the givens such as the location being a residential block away from the notorious Reka street which had earned its title as the most dangerous street in anchorage. Throw in Anchorages recent rise in shame as Americas most dangerous city albeit per capita and blatant abuses thrust on citizens by authorities imposing imaginary law in unwarranted and common procedural stops. I found that the courts lack of enforcement against pit bull ownership was blatantly evident as one childs terror stricken face tore past with a pit bearing cut ears aimed at childs heels which the dog successfully induced by bumping its nose into the backside of the childs knee while snarling. Other than those few irritations the road maintenance is above and below average at any given time and the dumpsters can turn into a walk about depending on position within the court and if your lucky to sited close to the bins your best hope is to be utterly incapable of detection with your olfactory senses. Still not the worst place Ive seen.

The staff here swing shift is of the chain babygirl...can I say babygirl?anyways love the time n effort...went in to use the bathroom came out broken hearted....I give it 5 star
