I have friends and family that stay here and they say they love it.

I have always enjoyed winters park i may be a littel bias because as a high school student i worked there and ive been a friend of the family for years

My Daughter played there with the Zephyrhills High School band.. people are very welcoming to the Students an they loved them. Always asked the band back.

The most exciting part of living in Winters is Zephyrhills park as your neighbor . Nature is next door. Other than that not all trailers are pretty., but they do offer Coffee and donuts at. 8 am. Hahaha

Quiet and peaceful

My sister Aunt 2 uncles and a cuzN all live here and alote of friends. And its right next to the zephyr park where my Lil boy loves to go play️ they have a water park its for all ages even you wen you just wanna cool off. They have live music a few days a week if ur lucky you go on the right day and get played too.. I love my family and no mater wat going to visit WINTERS PARK is always fun!!! Quiet mobile home park for 55 and older. This is a shuffle board club community hosting tournaments during the winter months. There are lots of potluck meals and activities like knitting, quilting, card games, dances, drumming and singing and more. The lawns are mowed for you and gardens are allowed.

Nice place. Plenty to do.

To many restrictions on what you can and cant do or have. If you own a trailer there, good luck trying to sell it yourself...office personal make if VERY difficult, only care about that lot rent check every month..
