The one thing Ive learned here as in many of these trailer parks the lot rent goes up every year. Consider this when buying into one of these properties. This can be very hard on a person who has a fixed income

Tropical Acres is on of the best parks in Zhills Florida. Neat, nice homes and friendly people.

Nice place, 55 and older. Not sure Im ready to move to Florida yet.

Nice place 55+ community. People are very friendly and inviting. Planning to move here this year.

Everything is kept so neat. People are proud of their homes. Pool is kept very clean. No garbage lying around like some places.

Life is good. Thepeople here are so friendly .Every one so kind. I just love being here.

Tropical Acres is a 55 and over community with lots of activities. You can do as much.....or as little......as you want. Great community!

Spent a week here. It was lovely. The people I met were friendly.

Retirement community. Very peaceful and clean park. Hot tub and pool very clean, many friendly people.
