The qualifications are background checks, You can be 40 and older to purchase a home as long as you have someone that is 55 and older to sign for you .You do have to be approved to live here and no kids.New manager easy to deal with. The park is clean and you are required to keep yours clean as well..maintenance is good on your home! You wont find anywhere that the lot rent is reasonable! Happy house hunting!

Moved here 4 years ago past managers have driven out a lot of good people the gate hit our motorcoach sun said they would take care of the damage corperate called a week later said noway they would take care of it there was a problem with the gate we bring in our coach and trailer for cleaning and people start to complain where are your cones and road triangles so we try not to bring it in hoa is run by a bunch of cranky snowbirds its a joke lots of rude people live here and cant keep there nose out of everybodys business and now we discovered 40 plus is the age to move in what gives in a 55 plus club house can be used seems only by hoa permission thought our rent took the pool use and club house use clean park its a keep to yourself place

Was so excited to purchase a home in this community. The best day there was the day we sold our house and moved out. It is a pretty, well-kept up park, but the beauty of the park is only skin-deep. Park is full of cranky, closed minded people who think too much of themselves and arent open to new ideas. Management doesnt help, as they play favorites. Other Sun communities in the area are much, much nicer.

Beautiful, well maintained park. Management and staff are very friendly, and accommodating. Management will go out of her way to help you. Residents are very friendly. The few that complain are because they do not like the rules, which are fair and reasonable. Rules are nothing out of the ordinary. You can tell they are enforced when you visit this beautiful property. We love living here.

Anna was great. Showed us the community, amenities and answered our questions concisely and completely. Community is great. At this posting, not sure this is where we are releasing, but its in the running.

Nice, clean place for a birthday party. Full kitchen, could seat over 100 people easily.

Park Manager was very rude to my Aunt and Uncle who lived here. Would not recommend. Managers are more preoccupied with causing scenes than to handle situations with peace and civil conversation.
