This place is a hidden Gem! Owners and Managers are awesome, as well as the community.

Caring management really makes a difference! This is a small, quiet park with a tight-knit community. Bonus: theres a new pool and free Wifi, too!

Great people, quiet adult setting people. Very nice park and the Old oak trees make great shade. The manager, Will and his wife are wonderfully helpful, welcoming and interesting to talk with. Well defiantly come back someday.

This park is awesome. the people are friendly, kind, and considerate. The manager and his wife are just the best. They are always available if you need anything.

We checked it out yesterday and were disappointed. I cant say its a bad place, but doesnt look anything like we expected based on the website pics. Mostly older trailers on okay kept grounds. Couldnt find anyone to help us. Didnt see a sign pointing to a mgmt office. Club house was okay. Very small park and sites mostly just unpaved spots.

Nice place to live or visit! New pool! Smaller more family-like park. Friendly, helpful management.

Cant say enough about the park. The park managers are awesome and more than accommodating. The new management company is working on revamping the park and updates are worked on daily. Plan on staying here quite awhile!

Im new to the park, its quiet and feels like a very calm hide away. Everyone seems friendly and the owner and manager were very helpful to me.. Not fully moved in yet, but it already feels like home..
