The manager was extremely friendly and helpful prices are very very high 675 for a one bedroom 775 for a two-bedroom

This place is great!! The manager, Patti, is awesome, shes very niceand professional. When ever I need something fixed, Patti sends someone out immediately to fix it for me. I recommend Tree Lane Village!

I would not rent here ever again. Paid my deposit in good faith. I got a letter saying I broke my lease and would not get my deposit back. I did not. 2 days later I got another letter saying that because it had to be painted and 4 blinds had to be replaced and because we stayed 3 days into the new month ( patty said dont worry about it...I would have left 3 days earlier) that my deposit would not be returned. Funny the cost totalled to what my deposit was. When I objected I was told they had split the painting cost with us. Whatever. I am extremely upset with the entire management. Rent if you must..dont pay your last month of rent because you wont get your security deposit back. Fyi..they dont consider paint normal wear and tear.I consider them dishonest.

Not a 55+ community but does allow any age group! Very convenient to shopping plaza also!

Ive lived in better for sure but i have also seen worse. I only know thst i mind my own and pay my rent and no one bothers me since my crazy neighbor moved. I wouldnt live here if i had a young child. It is what you make it.

Unless you have to do not buy now rent in this park. When we first bought things were good then with a change in management a lot drugs came in and with that nothing good. Sick a turnover for a family park. Within a month or so they park was consumed with roaches. We are stuck for money reasons because we both. They do not spray the grounds for which our lot rent is supposed to be for lawn Care. We have spent hundreds of dollars to no avail on the bugs. The decent people move as soon as they can between the drug tenants and the roach infestation. Stay away

It says it is a 55 and older mobile home park but its not

Noisy neighbors screaming and fighting at all hours of the day and night lawn care staff doesnt clean up the grass and the kids are constantly running around unsupervised and crossing through peoples lots cussing and I found an uneaten sandwich thrown in my driveway

The rents are very reasonable, the park is quiet, and it is a nice place to call home. The new manager is awesome and the maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful.
