Friendliest place Im grateful to temporarily call home on a month to month basis while I look for a home to buy. If lot rents werent so high and ever-increasing according to owners Ive spoken to, I might have thought twice about buying here. Management is helpful and always available. I got locked out in my first couple weeks and they were there in a heartbeat to provide a spare key in the late evening. Very quiet and clean with a nice pool and karaoke every Monday night. Great way to get to know your mellow yet fun neighbors. I highly recommend this helpful community! Good folks.

It is worse than it was when it was called Vagabond years ago, Straight Up trailer trash right on the main road if you have kids oh, you are not want them on the 39 and 301 split. We rented a mobile home here for one year. Management was very helpful when we needed something fixed. Repairman came right away when we needed them. Home was in good shape, but older. The thin wall construction gave us little protection from outside noise. We had a very good air conditioner for the hot Florida summers so we were comfortable. The only complaint is the noise. This park is located on two very busy roads. State Road 54 and Dean Dairy Road are very congested because of over development in this area. Thousands of cars, trucks, and motorcycles use these roads everyday. Many of them without mufflers and play their stereos very loud. This would have been a good place to live if there was less noise. There was also plenty of noise from those living around us. There is a homeowners association and they have rules residents must comply with. The rules are not enforced and people take advantage. I would not live here again.

I do not live there but I work there as a maintenance person. The people I work for and with are great.

Ive been here 3 weeks and i got a nosey neighbor that goes to park office every day and tattles on me for everything. So today I get a call from park office telling me to read the rules that I cant have furniture sitting outside. It just got delivered at 5 pm yesterday and im waiting on a friend to come help me with it today. im 52 with a back injury and im expected to move it... Not even 24 hours ago it was delivered and im getting harassing phones calls from office. Your NOT allowed to have company they harass your company also. Follow them to your house and complain about nothing. I paid lot rent in advance for 6 months, I work and live alone but got to be harassed like a child. I feel like im in grade school. Im listing this place and hopefully it sells ASAP. And i can be released from this jail... place is a joke...

This place at First Sight looks beautiful. They rent trailers in here and the one they rented to my friend is a health hazard I fell off of her back porch and landed on my face on the concrete shes been working with them trying to get this fixed and yeah theyll fix it at her expense thats not right shes paying rent there they should fix the health hazards. One part of the trailer the windows are so rotten they couldnt even trim them out. So dont judge this place by its cover take a look into the story. And always get anything they say to you in writing theyll tell you one thing and then turn around and do or say they didnt say it at all

Just went there for a visit. So quiet, clean, and pleasant are the grounds and lots.

The park manager is great. She has made this park very nice..and the steps are solid

Tracys pretty neat and clean streets and nice palm trees and nice big turnaround oh there was seem to be selling people seem to be moving buying selling office open during the day they dont keep up with their rented properties you pay for your own mowing they dont come to fix anything are you have to call forever forever before anyone comes

This place rent trailers but all they are is overpriced dumps the maintenance people jerry-rig everything dont want to fix anything and Im not going to mention any names I went to visit a friend and fell off of her back porch steps I am going to report it because it is a health hazard I bet you this gets their attention when I do this Im lucky I did not kill myself hitting the concrete the way I did. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Great little place in Florida with good location. A bit pricey for lot size but overall really nice, great people there.
