This Mobile Home Park is kept up well although there are way to many people living here and the spacing between each Home is so small you can look into your neighbors windows. Also looks like the back side of the park has draining issues.

I visited someone who lives here. It seems like a rather standard mobile home park but it does have some nice park views. Zephyrhills is filled with mobile home parks.

Weve lived here year-round since 2011. Overall, its a great place to live. The park has a front gate that is closed at night, however, the rear entrance isnt gated. This is a major concern.The Pool and Clubhouse are nice, but grossly undersized. Construction now underway potentially doubles the population of the Park, yet no plans have been presented to address these inadequacies.Roughly 2/3s are full-time residents. So there are many activities and events throughout the year, organized by the residents.We looked at several 55+ communities before selecting Crystal Lake. Were pleased with our choice, but wish that it had better management. The current Manager is often rude and abrasive with residents. Ever since taking over as Manager, she has a maintained a passive/aggressive relationship with us.

Lot rent keeps going up and Nothing is included. No water, trash, no sercuity, ........

Very nice, people were warm and very informative. We found the park beautiful and we filled out an application and hope to be a resident by January 2019
