Very nice place to live BUT THEY INCREASE THE MONTHLY FEE BY 2÷ EVERY YEAR AND MOST OF THE RESIDENTS CANT AFFORD TO PAY THAT. SO ALONE OF THE HOME IN THERE ARE FOR SALE SO BUYER BEWARE..ALSO THEY WONT EVEN TELL YOU WHAT IT IS FOR.
