I have lived here for 14 years. our community sold and so we no longer an own a share of the community. we are now paying lot rent that escalates considerably every year. When you own a share you buy it when you move in. The community has changed tremendously. It is no longer the sweet peaceful place it used to be. Many of our neighbors have their homes up for sale actually four of them in a row beside me. Our RV park will not be as it was. Which is on the outside of our over 55 community. It’s supposed to be a gated community but most the time the gates are open or not working. Our amenity center is getting congested with a dog park that used to be in another area as they are adding many homes up front on the highway. our natural area that used to give us all privacy is receding greatly on the highway the noise has increased due to that. I will say it’s just changed a lot. It has been a lovely place to live but it’s becoming unaffordable for many senior citizens and some of my friends have left. The leasing office staff often change as well as the management. There are times when they speak in a manner that is rude. I literally hate writing this but I felt it was needed.
