Water gets turned off automatically without notice sometimes.. they should notify tenants 1 to 2 hours in advance by note or email when they do maintenance

The best place to be when you want a quiet and peaceful relaxing time. Family oriented community and well guarded. Security patrols on site. Friendly people. Quiet and peaceful evenings, mornings and afternoons.

Horrible place to live and you cant do anything around your home with out asking permission. it sinks, Lots of disrespectful kids it also looks like they got a pond in a yard. And workers very rude when they clean they blow all the dirt and trash in people yards dirtying the cars and clothes SMH this place doesnt deserve one star not even a half of star

They need security at this place, not safe at night

Lots of speed bumps. Keeps kids and pets safer. My car - not so crazy for them! !:0)
