Great community! When I come visit my father in law and help out there is always people out, walking by and smiling, to say good morning too. Hope I that happy when my wife and I are your age. Its beautiful!
Quiet, friendly. Clean new pool and hot tub. Fun activities. Well kept and my favorite: clothes line to dry outside if you want.
Enjoyable and safe
We spend a majority of our winters here and love it. Managers have treated us like family. We really enjoy and appreciate it. Anxious for this winter.
Stopped here for the night, and stayed 3 nights. The people are extremely friendly and informative. We plan on going back later this year (maybe) but for sure next February or March for at least a week, maybe two!
My friend lives there it a nice way inviorment, very clean

Pool, laundry, shower, recreation center, (outdated) library, trees, bushes, cement patios, gravel platform, free cable (deposit for the box), water, sewer, electric(.05 per kwh) billed monthly. Price is just right....$335 one big PLUS the managers in the office are really nice and caring.
It’s a nice park was in a great location for what we had to do would stay there again
Nice peaceful place close to everythingCan walk out to canal or bike ride many paths in town. Friendly staff and guests.
A wonderful community of people. My sons orchestra group plays here every yearand they always come out and support them.
They have free WiFi but signing up is a pain.
Came here as a first timer to Yuma. when I first came into park I thought really run down. But I was also coming from a concrete sterile high end RV RESORT. We met with Cindy who was the manager and she walked us around. It was then that I started to like this place. this is the oldest park in Yuma so Im told. It is close to the historic district and right off bike paths to explore with parks and fishing, birding, walking and history. This place has character and you walk up and down they are streets kinda like Andy of Mayberry and I like this. The people are a mix and some are older but wonderful and genuine . the trees stand strikingly majestic. fruit trees abound and you are welcome to pick . wonderful to have grapefruit, oranges, limequats There is green grass and flowered bushes. They have a new pool/spa BBQ grill area. And when Cindy says it is warm the pool/spa IS WARM!! They have a laundry and even a community clothesline to hang out!! There is a rec center and they have a charming jam session every Weds nite. There are other activities offered. Youll have to come as I cant name everything. You are close to casinos, California, and Algodones MX. The price was right and even had cable and internet. If you want a structured, sterile, ruleridden, pristine resort with everything looking the same and be near big shopping centers this place is not for you. It is minutes from big shopping and highways. Here you get to know the laidback Yuma. True R and R. No this place is far from perfect and needs some continued work but I feel true Yuman experience and I felt I was in a safe environment. thanks Cindy and Jim and residents for the opportunity to stay and visit.
My parents love this place. Return almost every winter.
Great jam sessions every Wednesday night at 6
The Manager is horrible, mean spirited, and ill equipped to deal with the general public.
