Enjoyed the scenery! Lots of beautiful things to see!

One of the great parks, I love hiking, jogging and running there. Many beautiful scenery places, I recommend going during the fall Time.

My favorite park I have ever had the pleasure of walking through. So much to do and see here, I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed Lettermans Mill in The Covered Bridge.

Epic park, confusing roads for newbies. Use maps or youll end up in a random neighborhood wondering what just happened. Brilliant trails and free botanical garden of sorts. Worth a visit even if just passing thru.

My family, friends,and I love this park. All sorts of trails, animal friendly, play grounds for the kids, paddleboat/kayak rentals, fishing spots, golfing, tennis, batting cages, rose gardens,and various activities put on year round by park employees ... all kinds of fun for all kinds of people. Beautiful and well preserved. Even if your just passing through town and just need to stretch your legs Mill Creek Park is the best place to do it.

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. They had a orchid display when we went. Hundreds all shapes and colors. We cant wait til spring when everything is in bloom. We will be back several times...

I was able to get out with my family. And we had so much fun and enjoyed being there. We didnt want to leave!

My daughters wedding took place in Kidston Pavilion with the reception at the Daniel Rossi Auditorium inside the Davis center and everything was perfect.

So much to do at Mill Creek. Great place to kayak, fish, boat, run, bike, or take plenty of pictures.

I love coming here. I enjoy it more when my man is with me. Especially when were without the kids lol

Most beautiful natural park. Museums, gardens, 3 lakes, sits over 4 cities.I grew up in Youngstown, Mill Creek Park plays a central back drop for many years of my life, raising my family, time with grandma...

The park is absolutely beautiful, especially in the spring and summer. Rocky Ridge park, Short Holes Golf course, the batting cages, the Lily Pond, Lake Newport, the paddle boats, plenty of fishing spots and picnic spots along with grills and picnic tables everywhere. Its a great place to spend the day with the family or even just go and find some peace by the the lake. My only complaint is that the roads throughout the park can definitely use a good fixing. Once thats done the park will definitely deserve 5 stars no doubt!

Exciting, there were a lot of baby turtles and we also was able to see turtle egg shells. Everyone kept their distance also.

So much to enjoy here year round, bike, hike, fish, gold, kayak.

Mill Creek Park is the most nicely kept park I have ever visited.

There is so many adventures to be had here! On our most recent hike, my family made it to the top of a hill just a little way off/above the trail we had been hiking on to find a really cool stick hut! The kids thought it was made by a yeti!!! Lol it certainly added a feeling of magic that day. Love this park!

Awesome short and easy trails with beautiful scenery everywhere! We very much enjoyed the waterfall and the old rock walls along the trail. I definitely want to go back in the spring!

Great place for a drive or walk. Lots of great paths and trails to walk. So much to do... play grounds for kids, picnic areas, golf, paddle boats, rose garden, working mill and waterfall. Tons of cool places to take pictures. A wonderful place to spend the day outside!

Very pretty park ! Beautiful in the spring with the spring flowers . On the bad side, its not in a good neighborhood, so go with someone. Be safe!

Hiked the Artist Trail and the high trail above the Lily Pond today....so beautiful and peaceful....we are blessed to have such a magical place in our town

This is a beautiful place to walk through. The park is clean and a good size. I love the trails and that you can take your dogs. This is a great place to go when looking for something to do.

Largest city park in the United States. Fairly well maintained. Safe haven for a lot of wildlife.

Wonderful trails and feeling of wilderness in the middle of Youngstown

So many places to go in this park. Lantermans Mill, Pioneer, Steel Bridge, creeks everywhere, trails that go for miles, play places and pavilions all over. I always feel safe here with the cops always driving around. I let my kids play in the creek and walk the trails.

Walking around the lily pond is a relaxing experience.

Its always fun to walk around the Lily Pond. The puppy really enjoys it as well.

Mill Creek Park is the crown jewel of the Mahoning Valley. From the Ford nature center, to Lantermans Mill, the Cinderella Bridge, and Fellows Riverside Gardens, this park is a stunning attraction for nature lovers and those who enjoy just chillin at a park. There are other activities you can do, like fishing, paddle boats, (seasonal) cannoning, kayaking, hiking, and many other things.

Lots to do!

Great place to escape into the woods. Follow several miles of trails or ride the bike path. I see deer here just about every time I go. Nice place to walk during all seasons but the mill area can be busy on fall and summer weekends.

Huge and beautiful park. So much to see and do. Me and my girlfriend have been exploring the park for months. A must explore. The riverside gardens are perfect for a date.

This park is beautiful! Ive been to numerous local, state, and national parks all over the United States and few are as lovely as this park. Plenty of hiking trails, picnic areas, wildlife, three lakes, a wetland area, a lily pond, man made and natural waterfalls, nature center, an old grist mill, a beautiful flower garden and so much more.

Stunning is the word here. I’ve not been to another Metropark like this one. I heard that it is the second largest of its kind (just behind Central Park in NYC) but nothing prepared me for the absolute majesty of this place. I walked for over 6 hours and only hit two of the areas! I walked the Lantermans Mill and covered bridge area which is about central to the long stretch of parks along the river and lakes, and also spent several hours in the north end of the park at Fellows Riverside Garden and nature center around Glacier Lake. I ate lunch at the cafe, which was delicious and offers an unobstructed vista view of the lake. You can rent a two-person paddle boat, multiple group cabins, and more. I can see a huge variety of events at this park especially weddings. I will be planning weekends here in the future!

Peaceful

Fun place to go with your family and adventure. Or nice place to go to and blaze up and hang out. Decent sized park, the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. A lot of parking right by the large rocks and woods. A few trails to go down and adventure also, you can go on romantic hikes.

Read over reviews and saw some nice photos. Nothing could prepare me for how the bike trails have been ruined by the crappiest asphalt patch job I have ever seen. Huge blobs of un-level asphalt and the trail is now littered with asphalt gravel/grindings. Whoever did the job certainly does not know how to use a broom or leaf blower. Not safe for skaters or canines or anyone who does not want to have asphalt stuck to their shoes, tires, wheels paw pads. I will not return until I hear some cleanup or TRUE repair has been completed

Mill creek park is such a beautiful place. You can do pretty much anything here outdoors. They have grills for you to cookout on and places for children to play. They have a lily pond that you can walk around and you can walk on the beautiful dock they just recently built. Theyre are a lot of trails to go hiking on too.

My favorite peaceful place

Mill Creek is an amazing park area for people young and old. With its lush plant life, fish filled lakes, and various twisting and turning forest paths, this metro area park is full of surprising sights. Its got an awesome walk way with a biking trail and it allows dogs.Personally, I wish people would stop fishing in the lakes and feeding the damn fish. My last visit was slightly creepy due to the fish watching us just as much as we were watching them. There are signs saying not to do those things, the township even raised the fees foe doing so to about $500 per violation. Oh well, why let people ruin an otherwise amazing experience?

I absolutely love this park. I love walking the beautiful trails. However my main issue is with the park police. Every time I go they follow my car around the park until they either realize Im leaving or parking. Also there is a multitude of garbage scattered all over the trails. Especially the main ones. There needs to be more garbage cans along the trails for the ignorant people that toss their trash all over the park.
