Michaels is a great place to go for crafting ideas. Today it seemed that their stock for Christmas ideas was a bit low and sparse.

I actually dont think I ever went into a Michaels, but it was nice. Heres a card I made from supplies here in order to invite my mom onto a casino trip for her 50th birthday.

The prices are just a bit outrageous considering Amazon. If I absolutely cannot wait two days for something, I may consider paying the premium that Michaels asks. Otherwise- Ill just pop in to see something in person, and then order it from amazon, if I bother to go to the store at all. It was a nice pass time in this case. I only went to feel out prices and kill some time. Employees were friendly and the store was clean and very well stocked.

I went in looking for silly string. I could not find it, so I asked a clerk, she sent me down an aisle that did not have anything but craft supplies. I asked another clerk who looked like the manager and she said sorry we dont sell that . So I must say that my visit was not good as to being sent to look for something that they dont sell by one clerk then to have to go find someone that could give me the correct information.

The store itself along with its employees is lovely. This place is clean and well organized. Michaels itself has me a bit concerned. The quality of their seasonal and holiday decorations has gone downhill. They look great until you get up close and inspect. Cone to find they are cheaply made. Glue blotches, what looks like resin turns out to be painted styrofoam etc. The quality just isnt there anymore. I used to look forward to Michaels for the holidays (strictly referring to seasonal and holiday decos) now I just go for craft supplies and frames.

Michaels! Michaels! Michaels! I love Michaels. Granted, they are a bit pricier than AC Moore. But, I personally think they have more variety and better quality in many items. They are also stepping up their game with better sales and coupons.I shop at both Michaels and AC Moore. But, I get most of my craft paints and stencils at Michaels. Their staff is also very nice and helpful.Im redoing the back room of my apartment with a sea theme and I have found some great sea and mermaid stencils at Michaels.Take a look!

It was poorly stocked and the customer service was lacking. No smiles and long lines. Covid taking a toll on the store.

I tried curbside delivery after ordering on line. I told them I was on my way, called when I got there and they said someone would be right out with my order. After 8 minutes I went in and asked someone to help me. He found my order in a few minutes and apologized for the wait. I love this store and used to work there, but I would not do curbside delivery again. Just wanted to try it, but it failed. Going in next time to explore all the great things this store has to offer.

It has a bunch of really kool things for arts and crafts. Quality stuff and decent prices. Helpful staff that will help you out by giving suggestions on your particular project if yoy ask. Huge store big selections

Store is clean and isles are labeled to make things easy to find. Shelves were well stocked.

At exactly what I needed, which I didnt know exactly what I needed when I went in there. Found a store employee I explained to my situation she pointed me in the exact direction I needed. Super courteous and helpful!

I am very displeasedA with your sale signs. At the head of the isle 60% off of spring/summer flowers. I worked on an arrangement; had it all in place in my hand...etc. i went to pay and it was all the original price. I did not buy them and was very upset. How was I too know that hydrangea are an all season flower... they only bloom in the summer. Very sad.

Walked around looking for wall hangings to hang stickers o. A textured wall ...Framing Associate just stood and watched and offered no assistance

Great selection, competitive prices, but poor service. The line was 8 people deep before they called for another person. By the time the second cashier came up there were 12 people in line. But continued to move slow. I almost put my stuff back and left, but I really needed it for a project

Asked an associate for the location of an item as soon as I walked in, and she directed me to the right spot saving me valuable time. Had what I needed, then I looked around and purchased another item. Got a 40% discount coupon at checkout, whats not to like?

Amazing products, however some of the staff was rude. i misunderstood how curbside pick up works since the email i received about my order didn’t give too many details and when the staff came up to my car i got nothing but a nasty attitude. i apologized for misunderstanding and she told me to leave until my order was ready. we are all new to this social distancing and curb side pick ups, everyone is stressed, the last thing staff needs to do is be unnecessarily rude.

Very clean place. Wish it was more clear as to where things are. The help desk is the front register. Poor girl was by herself and had to run the register and customer service. Overall, its a great place.

I love Michaels and they fixed their mistake with no qualms. They accidentally cancelled my online order when they actually had my item in stock. They honored the online price plus my online coupon!

Fair pricing and a decent amount of promotions and deals. Staff is always pleasant and the lines are usually handles quickly. The online order experience is pretty great too. They accept competitor coupons which is a huge plus. Overall I prefer their store to A.C. Moore, but it depends on your craft of choice which is the more competent store. My wife does polymer clay crafts, and the price point at Michaels in comparison to JoAnn and A.C. Moore is better.

Always have what I need for my latest crafting project. The lines were long today but they have a massive clearance event going on so not surprising. Staff was friendly and worked through the crowd as efficiently as possible.

You can usually find your craft needs whether big or small. Although their Yarn selection could be improved some, they used to have a Great selection what ever happened there??

Worst experience ever will not be returning from when I first got there the woman was very rude. Then I purchased 3 items online and only got 2 of them they never told me that they gave it to someone else and basically told me SOL not my problem. I would give no stars if possible. Horrible service.

I like Michaels assortment of art supplies, and I had way too much fun in the Halloween section today.Usually they arent my favorite because their beading section rarely has what Im looking for, but overall it is a fun store that sometimes has great sales.

Wish they would do the 4.00 grab bags more often!!! Although 2 employees were talking about myself and another shopping for them & I made sure there wasnt a limit in front of the associates who had the remarks and were rude. But overall, love the store!! Wish they would have more variety on the paint by diamond pictures.

I had to ask 3 sales people for assistance when shopping in the store.The salespeople were rude and so unfriendly and so unknown to their products.

Great craft store, the lines at check-out can quickly go from empty to greatly backed up. While it can be frustrating, I understand you cannot staff for the surge.

Good prices. Average service. Decent selection. I usually find what Im looking for and quickly. My wife tends to browse and finds a good assortment of decorations for each holiday.

Its clean easy to shop and friendly help. I have severe leg pain and issues with walking a lot. I can go in the store ask if they have what Im looking for they will actually walk you to the section needed.Bonus if you give your info and email you get coupons which saves you more. On line and in store.

Crafters paradise! Michaels has supplies for anything from home decor to wedding invitations, for young and old alike. I can always spend lots of time looking around the whole store. Holiday décor, no matter which holiday, is always clever and fresh.

Cant say much about this store other than its my absolute favorite craft store. They always offer the best prices and always have great coupons available. So inspired whenever I enter here. Always clean too and the employees are so helpful. They also have every craft imaginable here!

The only thing they have a good selection for is photo frames. I wish they had more iron/sew-on patches as well...

Very disappointed that they eliminated their floral designers, and design department as a cost cutting move. Now all the arrangements and wreaths come from China pre-made.

Expensive, but amazing products. Ive been going to this Michaels in particular for years and have always gotten craft ideas as a kid and now with having a daughter, she just loves to go here and walk around and figure out crafts by looking at different things. Or even different projects we can possibly do. 5 stars for sure.
