My daughter has been participating in summer camps with DreamWrights for years. She is on the quiet reserved side but loves to be on stage. DreamWrights provides great training and encouragement and generously offers scholarships as well, for which we have been so grateful. They offer volunteer opportunities complete with the interview process - a great learning experience for young teens - and went out of their way to provide encouragement and feedback. Thank you for being a wonderful part of the York community.

Saw a great show tonight at Dreamwrights called Prancer come out and see local talent at its best. Special recognition to my granddaughter Morgan what an awesome job she works very hard at her craft. Much love Mimi.️

Usually love the plays... they always do such a great job. This last play was an absolute waste of money and time. The two actors yelled the whole time about how crazy each one was... if that was even the story line. It was hard to follow with the yelling and pure insanity of the play. PLEASE!!!!! Do not have any more plays like that. It takes away from all the kids and other actors who do such a great job.

Such an important part of the community. A great variety of shows and casting for all ages. The recent production of Love, Anne was very well written and brilliantly acted. I have never been disappointed by spending an afternoon or evening being pulled into another world on this stage.

Our friend was in this cast and they did an amazing job. Wonderful local theater!

Went and saw the performance of Henvy IV part II tonight. The cast did a fine job of bringing to life of Shakespeares work. I enjoyed the way it was presented from all parts of the theater vs. The standard entrances from stage left and right. It made the story more inclusive for the audience. A great job done by all the cast a crew!

My kids aged 10,8, 6, and 4 loved their summer camp programs.

I did Into the Woods here and I absolutely loved it, the people here were amazing to work with and were very accommodating a very open environment with tons a great times and opportunities to be had

We saw Its A Wonderful Life here. Our seats were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the show. Wonderful actors. Priced right and such a fun outing. Give it a try.

We saw The Little Mermaid and four a smaller theater group, it was pretty good. Inventive seating, good sound quality and some very good actors/singers.

I just saw Honk. Such a fun show and great enthusiastic actors.

Wizard of Oz Show was great, though would be helpful to have Ushers to assist with properly seating attendees, we couldnt find any rows to seat our family of 5 nor was anyone attending offering to move to assist making room for all of us to sit. Ended up having our youngest son take turns sitting on our laps.

So enjoyed the Mousetrap production- suspenseful, well- acted, very entertaining! Appreciate the local talent and all that you put into bringing us a worthwhile night out on the town!

The Rent High School Edition was fantastic!

A Youth and Family theater where Diane and all the volunteers young and old make this an awesome, inexpensive culture event for the whole family. If youre on stage, back stage or out in the audience its always a great place to be. Definitely visit the website, find a show date or audition time and enjoy

A surprisingly great community theatre. Looked small from the outside, but was larger than expected inside. Kind of like if a TARDIS were in the shape of a non-moveable building. Friendly volunteers staff the place. Will enjoy taking my kids to see more shows there.
