From the conversations on the phone to the application processI was always treated with the utmost respect and felt like I knew them already. Im in lot 74 where the trees are surrounded by me that gives shade all the way through till about 4 in the afternoon and then the sun falls at about 8:30 2 and another beautiful day in Yakima, Washington.

We could park easily, but we couldnt get our satellite signal with our antenna on the roof due to the trees.

Carolyn the manager of this park is rude This lady so inconsiderate very very rude does not know a thing about tha park and has been manager for 15 years bs I really cant believe such a rude uneducated old and Biased woman is running this place !!!!

The place is okay for a couple of night stays. However the lady in the front office is a HORRIBLE person that needs to find a job outside of customer service. A large rock fell on my sister and almost hit my 4yr old niece on the head. My sister went in to tell the lady this and she could care less. She acted like it was my sisters fault. Who ever owns it should immediately fire that lady and hire someone that will present their business well. Not like a trailer park that is eventually going to be sued

Cute little place to set up your trailer. The community is cozy and quaint! At first I thought it was creepy but when I took a good look around and hung out for a few I really got the sense of community, cozy and quaint. Never judge a book by its cover, open it up and read it!

Pk place. Friendly people. Alot of neighbors. Watch out for the big speed bumps at entrance

We lived there for 2 years and it was fine we gave them 2 weeks notice and left we wanted to come back but carolyn said no. They said something was our fault. We didnt get the facts straight plus they favorite one of the people who lives there. No i dont recommend to anyone who wants to live there they never told us what we did. So im going to talk to the new owner and get to the bottom of it. They favorite lot 6 she buddy buddy with them.

Have my RV parked here for almost a year now! Safe and convenient since I am in Yakima often to visit my store

Very noisy...practically on the freeway. Not a place to sit outside & enjoy the ambiance. Lots of permanent residences. Staff was friendly & easy access to the freeway, fairgrounds, Sun Dome

Im coming to Yakima for work for a couple of months, so Ive called some of the RV parks looking for a place to stay. Circle H RV Park didnt answer the phone when I called so I left a message. They didnt call me back. I dont know if theyre full, closed, or anything, but thats some really awful customer service. Isnt great customer service how a great customer-business relationship begins?

Weve stayed here 3 or 4 times, but the last time was the LAST time.We reserved 6 nites & the 7th was free. The 6th day, we went out,came back to the RV & the water was running on full force. We got soaked trying to get to the rv door & it was hitting the backside of us trying to get in the door. My husband went to the office to ask them to turn off the water so we could get in & they wouldnt. At the same time, our neighbors came in,got soaked & waded in huge puddles. After we got inside the RV, they called us & told us we had to move in the morning. That would have been our 7th night which was free but we had to move. Our friends were there from Texas & we had recommended this place to them. My clothes were dripping wet & hung in the shower to let drip dry.I would not have given them a star at all but I couldnt get this posted without it. The woman that worked there should not have been working there or any where else.

Deserves a 0 if it was an option. The manager is the rudest woman Ive ever spoken to. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Doesnt seem motivated to rent the spaces and has poor service. Not as advertised online.Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else. Not sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Be aware! ! ! Well, very comfortable place to stay in a big city. Accomadating since we were only able to find this rv park with an available pull through for the night. However upon getting here we were barely able to get our 40 ft. Couch thru the park due to all the cars parked in the grounds, I had to back up to make a corner due to my trailer hitting a rock because a lg. Pickup was parked on the corner. Another guest was kind enough to pull her car forward so we could continue. Now that we are ready to go we are not sure how to get out due to another pickup parked on the other corner that we need to navigate. Uhgggg

NOT group friendly! I just tried to book 40 sites...even to be paid up front for all the days and all sites. Their answer was that that would be over half their resort. So what? Do they want the sites used and paid for? It was guaranteed money. Why would anyone turn away guaranteed money for 4 nights? Heck...we have held several rallies and could have even offered references from all the resorts that would love to have us back. We just wanted to go somewhere different in the region. Yeah...well...Ill be sure to spread the word to other groups. They did not even take time to check if they had that many site s available...those were their answer right away. WOW. Only good if u live there. Otherwise closed to public. Really has no amenities advertised.

Way over priced 4 $57 for only water and electricity. $2.25 surcharge for using credit card which was required for one night stay and no discounts if credit card was used. OH yes and none of that was mentioned when reservation was made. The way I was sent in By map left on porch made no sense and the untrimmed trees almost took of my antenna . Once in place there was no place for our tow car.

This park is a older park. Most spaces had year round residence. The streets in park were crowded with residence cars, low hanging trees, and trees had string lighting which hung up on our trailer. We were forced to back out of a pull though space due to cars blocking streets. They call it a dog friendly parkBut in reality the so called dog area is a over grown dumping area. No grass, mounds of tree debris and even old sofa cushions and concrete blocks. I would never venture into that area after dark. The freeway traffic noise was loud and loud train whistles as well. The office staff was pleasant but the internet information they gave us never did work. Above all else the speed bumps are so bad they would open the tightest latch. Oh ya countless stray cats spraying everything. Ugh! Giving it a 2 star was generous because they were close to downtown Yakima. The business in front of our space had razor wire and electric high voltage wire. Hmmmmm

No golf course no cafe there signs are misleading and false advertisement Im thinking of hiring a lawyer this owner is a rude arrogant woman. Who thinks she is God!!! May she get all the karma heaped upon her that she deserves!!

I have lived here for over 5 years and I dont understand the bad reviews if you follow the rules you have no problem the park is kept up and very clean so whoever is making these bad reviews are people that dont follow the rules.

Very noisey, traffic and the race track 1 block away. Very friendly and clean however

I rent one of the storage units and theyre affordable but when someone tried to break into my unit and damaged the slide lock on the door it became very difficult for me to open and they still have yet to fix it

Crowded, dirty, run down, rude owner, great propane company however recommend all American propane
