These pictures look nice but since the new company took over there is NO on site manager, the grounds are not maintained, they have closed the community center (no laundry facilities) and the managers have been selling units to families (lots of unruly children, and unleashed animals)!!!

I was visiting a friend of a friend and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was especially for its location and the proximity of the units. Since they are all unique, I cant really speak to the mobile homes themselves but for a park with older units, it appeared well maintained and clean.

It is a nice little community very friendly people and affordable housing

Current Management has no knowledge of how to run a park, has ZERO amenities and space rent is higher than any other park in Yakima County, dont consider this park, run I tell ya, RUN!

55 yrs and older. Mostly quiet mobile home and RV park

Its quiet here. Were staying about 2 months here. Mostly mobile home park, (over 55) with a few RV spots.

Nice place to be it use to be, now it is going all to Hell, new owners they do not care about anything. Not a place I want to be, it was great for older people not any longer....run and get out as fast as you can.

Shity managers. Very rude. Lack nolegage of property maintenance

The residents are awesome. The corporation that owns it is irresponsible, indifferent, and not invested in their property. Current property manager is unresponsive to maintenance requests. The property manager its not investor interest or time in to residence or property.
