This is 55 or older trailer park, there are some nice homes here and most of the places landscapes are nice. I was just visiting a friend so not sure what amenities they have.

Always a pleasure being a advocate for the senior citizens of golden villa making sure they get what they pay for and not getting taken advantage of while performing great work at affordable rates... Sincerely Chuck with Larkin construction :)

Just visiting friends. Nice and clean surroundings.

Very quiet and polite residents...i was impressed.

The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. It is a senior citizen park; it is nicely maintained, and have quail and rabbits running around wild.
