Went to a yard sale there my place doesnt clean nice people

Fair park. Not the best looking. Many of the homes are a lot older.

Manager, Ronda A, is great. She is providing flavored coffee creamers and our coffee for our morning coffee group. We really appreciate her generosity.

Mostly nice people live here but management is the worst. Since an investment group owns the land, they systematically raise rents and reduce services. Technically the residents can haul their mobil homes elsewhere but realistically most are not in good enough condition to haul, or the expense of doing so is far greater than seniors on fixed income can afford. They are essentially trapped and have no choice but to pay the unreasonable lot rent.

They have a zwimmn pool.

I have a family member that lives there and the management is always poking their nose in other peoples business and trying to run the place like a jail. There are quite a few people moving or wanting to move out of there. One place there only sold a year ago and its for sale again!!! Quite a few unhappy people. If u have no choice then you have no choice. But it you can find somewhere else, it would probably make you or your loved ones happier.

I have not been there but what I have seen online looks so beautiful and peaceful I would love to live the rest of my life there.

Senior Citizen park....rent is going up with less from the management/owners. Husband helps out by plowing snow and lawn care for his mother and her neighbors

Very easy to talk to. Great selection of RVs.

New management is a joke. They keep playing with everything, that has been in place for years. No more hot tub, and pool barely open. Plus the break ins from the back gate.
