I have family that live here. It’s clean, the people are nice, and it’s quiet. They have a great open park in the middle too.

This is a great park. Management is very professional, respectful, and kind. She was very supportive and helpful to me when I needed it. It is a great community of people as well.

Have been to better Parks but people who live there are quite friendly

The rent is always being increased - even during a pandemic which is against the law.

New managers are worthless. They will talk to people but if they ignore them - oh well I tried. About half the park cares about what their lot looks like - the rest have the attitude (I’ll just leave it - eventually the wind will blow and make it someone else’s problem). Truly tired of this place. The rents are raised every year but nothing added but new headaches. I think I’ll just act like the other half who don’t care (and get away with it) and eventually the whole place will be a shi........e

Nice and secluded from the public

There were alot less tweakers than u would expect for a trailer court but I feel like that takes away from the experience

Nice peaceful quiet its livable and most people there are good and friendly people. Nice play area in the park. Beautiful view of mount Adams and Rainer over the view of PomonaWalking distance to the convenient store (1/2 mile). The layout is a mile in distance good for daily walks. Like most places it has its regulations but its a good place to live in. The place has a putting course with a pond in the center.Its a short drive or good walk into selah (approx 3 miles) that is decent to the eyes.There is a gun range close but next to the firing center for the military which at certain times the bombings are kind of loud but looks like lightning in the distance.

If you are interested in a place that is clean, family oriented and structured then its a place for you...
