Very pretty little park with a nice paved walkway and views of Buck Creek. Very relaxing with little hideaway picnic areas. Restroom facilities are primitive but paper is supplied. There are sports, kids playground equipment and more here. Its always popular! However, for the days/weeks after rain there is a lot of flooding which can prevent you using the trail. If you go after rain, wear wellies.

It a beautiful park even see deers in the woods...except all the trash in the woods by the water...people are using the trees as trashcans where there is holes or where the trees split into more than one part at the bottom its sad... not a ton of trash like a landfill but enough ...so its obvious the trash didnt just blow in there....Im say 5 stars to the park...but 0 to the people litter...

Buck creek runs through this park which is fantastic because I am never disappointed fishing it. The play structure is clean and the kids love it. My only real complaint is that the restrooms are so far away from the play structure that it is difficult to get to it with my three boys when one is having an emergency.

A nice open park with plenty of parking, 4 great tennis courts, a good looking basketball court, jungle gym/play area, bathrooms and and a baseball diamond all along Buck Creek. There is a well maintained, pathed path that leads from the parking lot, through the woods, along the river, all the way through to Burlingame Ave.

Ive seen more deer here than anywhere else ever.Seriously.Ive seen as many as 22 different deer at one time just walking the Buck Creek trail between this park and the Buck Creek Nature Preserve on Burlingame Ave. - 1 mile! I used to live near there and have walked, ran, and biked this little trail many many times; and I could count the times on one hand that I didnt seen deer. Great for the kids! As a park, its normal - playground, tennis/bball courts, baseball fields,... grass.Lots of deer!
