Nice little party, small play are good for younger kids and walking trail by the pond

Stayed for about 4 hours and caught 3 fish between the 2 of us, seen many more. Huge carp, really wanted to catch that will be coming back to try again. Did catch a decent size bass though, almost 5lbs, caught about ten feet from me. The piers are sketchy and falling apart so we stood on land, didnt catch anything in the little hideaway, few nibbles but no hits, was also 6pm.

Very nice park with open space and a volleyball sand pit.

Nice quiet fishing spot if you are interested in catching small pan fish and blue gill. Saw a couple large crappie, but no luck getting them to bite.

Really great park. I took my son fishing there today. The docks are really nice, I will say though that you should wear boots around spring time. The end of the dock was flooded out after all the rain and I got black, muddy water all over my feet. No biggie, I didnt mind too much. Just a heads up. Tons of geese which also means geese poop everywhere. Just watch where you step. Still a great park. Public restrooms, nice playground, trail around the pond for walking.

I love this park, a long winding trail-a beautiful lake which happens to be the only one in Wyoming. 2 fishing/viewing docks, many fishing spots, and fish for the taking. If you bring a small boat, it cannot have a motor or engine. Canoe and kayak friendly, the shallows extend out quite far. My 4 year old loves the playground and drones have been known to be flown here. There is a large baseball field, and also a huge open field used for football, soccer, and kids playing. I would say the only negative about the whole place is the goose poop which can get extensive.

It is a nice clean park. Bathrooms are also clean. The area for fishing is nice and the water is clear. It has 2 gazebos with picnic tables for birthday partys or any other event

Sad we cannot swim in the lake, also lots of bird droppings but close to our house and nice having a lake!!

I grew up here

Tried to go fishing here but the ponds or lake or whatever is disgusting. The fish i did catch were not anything id want to eat for any reason. Poorly maintained. Small area for children to play but mostly a parking lot is all.

Considering people pay taxes this park could definitely be cleaned up. The rails of one dock have been lying in the water for over 6 months. Now theres a temporary wooden bartier. There is a lot of trash everywher including the water and not very many trash cans around the pond for bottles or fishing trash. The city could definitely do a better job at maintaining this place. Otherwise its nice.

I dont like this pond because I was fishing for 3 and half hours and I couldnt catch a single fish I was using everything I had even like lures, live baits,minos, and bait fish
