My son got rope burn on his hand just a few minutes into our visit and it got him pretty good so we had to leave but they were super sweet. They refunded our money and got him ice and asked if there was anything else they could do. The place is huge, full of great fun and filled with wonderful and caring employees! If you get a chance you should go!

Employees are very courteous and compliant with regulations. Definitely still make it fun but they could have a few video games open for the children to play, and ⁰adults also. You can still have a great time, bumper boats are open, mini golf, zip line, go karts and bumper cars. Enjoy the buffet and great times.

We had a family day which was nice with my eldest son and granddaughter. Long line for zip tho but other than that it was great for her. My son is 6ft so cramming his body in the go cart was funny wish you could make them for tall people tho. I couldnt do nothing Achilles Tendon tore really bad and just had surgery the day before but my granddaughter wanted to go so I just watch the time. The food selection yaw have to do better it really wasnt no food and the small portion they put on your plate was a joke. The bus boys cleaning the stations off and making the areas good was respectful and happy doing his job unlike McDonalds workers but hey you guys have some great employees, please dont take advantage of them.

Way too expensive when you dont get to do near the attractions you should for the pricing. Was NOT IMPRESSED AND WE CAME FROM INDIANAPOLIS. believe it or not the family fun centers are cheaper here in the big city with way more things to do for way less. Will definitely NOT EVER go back

Great time with the family. The cost was pricey but worth it. Memories last forever. My only concern is that young people seem to run the place and on 2 occasions someone needed to tell this one young female worker to lighten up. She just seemed to be over the top with her given authority.

I had an awesome time with my husband for a date night at Craig’s Cruisers. The scariest part was the zip line but one of the workers Andy was so kind & assured me it would be okay. It wasn’t as scary as I thought and ended up being a ton of fun. I would definitely go back!

Had a great time putt golfing. One of the cashiers was putting Vaseline on behind the register. I didnt think that was keeping everyone safe from coronavirus!

They were sanitizing the activity equipment immediately after being used. The buffet is opened but they are serving the food for you so it is contact free. I definitely appreciated the safety measures they were going through to keep it Covid-19 free.There was so much to do, we enjoyed ourselves and had so much fun!

A great place to have a Birthday party! I had my son 13 Birthday Party (1-11-20)there and he had a blast! It was over 40 people so we did the group unlimited. Sam was so helpful she was able to answer all my questions and did a excellent job making sure we understood. I like how she stay in touch leading up to his party I booked in November. The kids love the buffet and the 3 hours unlimited for rides food and jump was amazing.The staff was super helpful the check in was easy and they had it well organized for me to just pass out the items to my guest. I would recommend scheduling the reservation start 20 to 30 minutes after your party start time on the invitation so this give everyone a chance to arrive. One thing that saved us time is I had majority of my guest sign the waivers way prior to the party.

Due to Covid-19, only outdoor attractions, indoor go-carts and indoor roller coaster are open. Staff were friendly and price was reasonable. Family had a good time here.

My son and I had a great time all things considered. Inside is closed due to the pandemic. The buffet was open and the food available was good. Great price including the buffet and wasnt busy at all.

We took my sons (9 & 13yrs) and a few of their friends to celebrate a birthday, we all had a great time. I even had a lot of fun when usually I sit and watch. I was very happy with the prices, we got the 3 hours unlimited with the buffet. Time flys when your having so much fun so next time we will get more hours. I was also satisfied with the buffet, staff advised before we came that it wasnt 100% due to covid, but i think thats understandable. Staff was fantastic, everyone was polite and friendly. We definitely will be back soon.

My son took the family out for Fathers day and we had a great time. Lots of pizza, good kart racing both indoor and outdoor. And of course the traditional family mini golf rounds. New ninja warrior course is way too simple for bigger people but gives the younger kids a challenge though I think it is way too short.

I was there yesterday with my wife and kids and I was shocked at the amount of people not wearing masks in lines or social distancing in lines. Despite what we were told do upon entering, people ignored this. What was even more shocking was the complete disregard by employees at the open outdoor activities at not making sure people followed these simple rules. If Craigs Cruisers cannot maintain proper health guidelines and rules set by the state then they should not be open during a pandemic.Considering the insane amount of money CC charges for whats open I would expect them to do a better job given the lighter work load they have. I saw no obvious member of management anywhere doing anything to keep things in order.Also whoever had the bright idea of putting small children in beginner go-carts on the same track at the same time as teenagers and grown adults should be fired. Several times during one track session I saw little kids (who shouldnt have been driving alone on that track) get bumped and purposely hit very hard by much faster carts driven by more experienced cart drivers. The staff did absolutely nothing to stop this or reprimand drivers who did.After what I witnessed yesterday I wont be back any time soon if at all.

Love the zip line! Definitely enjoyed it alot more during the warmer months. But still a very fun place. I have a 7 an 3 year old they were able to participate in everything they had accessible due to covid witch was everything but bumber boats. Food wasnt bad. I will definitely come back.

One of the few fun places to visit with the kids during Covid. All of their indoor activities are currently closed but all outdoor activities are open. We went on a Saturday and purchased the 3 hour pass with the buffet. We had enough time to eat, go on the go karts once, the bumper boats once, and barely enough time to finish 18 holes of mini golf before our 3 hours were up. The kids were disappointed they didnt have time for the zip line as all of the lines were extremely long. Not sure the 3 hour pass was worth the super long wait in lines. The buffet was OK. Salad bar didnt have many toppings to choose from and the only selection for dessert was dry chocolate chip cookies.

They have a new zip line about a hundred feet high pretty cool theyre putting a new small roller coaster called 360 seems like theyre trying to expand to outside activities in this time of scamdemic

It was overall a great experience! The inside was closed when we went due to covid-19, but the outdoor track was open. You have about 5 minutes per round to drive laps around the track, which is just enough time to pass some people and have fun.

I had fun...wish that covid-19 didnt come...me and my family miss the laser tag and trampoline park. Maybe you guys can implement a safe way to enable kids to play. The zipline was a neat new attraction I havent seen previously, Overall I had a great time.

I REQUESTED A MANAGER WHO SAID HE WAS SORRY FOR THE MISINFORMATION.I ASKED FOR MY $30.00 IN REFUND. 3 × 10 ..HE SAID NO THEN I DEMANDED FOOD THEN !! SO WE GOT A WHOLE PAN OF BACKED CHICKEN, PIZZA,PASTA, SALAD,MASHED POTATOES GRAVY .WE GOT TO EAT ALL ALONE AND WAS THERE TILL 9 JUST STUFFING OUR FACES ! ALSO THERE WAS PEOPLE NOT WEARING MASKS. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND NO SOCIAL DISTANCING!

Social distancing makes this a lot more fun. No waiting. Would be nice to have some food options but not their fault.

Craigs Cruiser just got done with a 2.4 million dollar expansion. They added an indoor trampoline bounce area, an indoor roller coaster, and indoor childrens ninja obstacle. They also have indoor go karts, a small indoor ropes course, a children’s frog hopper ride. They also have a lot of video arcade games. I found their prices for them to be expensive since they were all $1.00 per play that I had seen. A big ball claw game was $2.00 per play. They have a buffet restaurant and a separate dining for pizza. The buffet restaurant was really good with a wide selection of food. Their BBQ chicken was really really good. In the summer they have 2 mini golf courses and go karts outside.

This place is great! So fun with so much to do! We had a wonderful time! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its a bit expensive and we feel that they price should include at least SOME credit for games. However, the extra $5 got the buffet is ABSOLUTELY worth it! The food was abundant, unexpectedly diverse and delicious!

I only go here for the attractions (3 hr unlimited wristband with exceptions) because the arcade and prizes are subpar compared to Dave & Busters. So with that in mind I think the karts are fun along with the cool scenery of the golf course and jump park! They also have new attractions like the Zipline and VR experience which can definitely add to the variety of enjoyment. Overall, fun place to compete with friends especially with the attractions which is the selling point for me.

The 2 hour wrist bands are a great value, even with the pandemic. We had a lot of fun in our small group. Though we were only allowed to use the outdoor activities due to the pandemic.

Loved that they were open as my son wanted to go there for his 11th birthday. It was a little bit busier than I thought it would be, and we only got 2 hours, but it was still a great time.

Been here a few times with my daughter both for birthday parties and just for something to do to kill time in the afternoon. Lots of activity choices means you can spend a lot of time here and not get bored. The wristbands are an excellent deal that lets you choose any of the many activities without paying extra. I would give it five stars but the food is only so-so and I feel like the arcade prices are a little high. Still an all-around great place!

Best place to take your kids for a great time... between the games, number cars and go-karts there is hours of fun. But dont have high hopes of getting good prizes as anything useful will be 10-100x more points than what you have.

They are on top of sanitization and cleanliness during these unfortunate times. Only downside is that the indoor activities are completely off limits and there are very limited things to do outside.

Well staffed and a fun place.

Went there today rides not open hr long lines. Wristbands $25 for 2 hrs and $34 for 3hrs w/ buffet. Price gouging alert. Only 5 things to do outside. A waist of money. Parents being taken advantage of management does not care managers also do not have children of their own so no compassion for children not being able to do all that it has to offer even though its only 5 things to do during pandemic.

Plan on dropping $200+ for family of four. We went with a group of 9, $30 a person for 3 hrs unlimited attractions, food buffet extra money. Special grip socks required for trampolines, $3 per person. Arcade games cost extra, you can buy tokens at machines.

I no longer even live in Michigan, but I still remember Craig’s Cruisers as one of the staples of my childhood. A fantastic place that I would beg to go to. The memories alone are well worth the price of admission.

So much to do and have fun form a bounce land to laser tag and racing go carts! I had a blast with my 14year old nephew. Seen tons of kids younger and people older all playing having fun. They have virtual reality up to 4 players at one time.

Cabin Fever brought us in on a busy Saturday night. Splurged for the buffet and unlimited wristbands. The staff in the buffet area where very helpful with my current broken knee (wheelchair bound) self, asking if I needed assistance with pushing and carrying food items. The children, and oblivious adults running all over where a little harder to navigate than I figure it would be but we still had a great time. Getting over the transition strip from the smooth floor to the arcade area wasnt very wheelchair friendly, nor where the doorways into the restroom. Staff in all areas were friendly, and looked busy with cleaning and helping guests. The lines for the popular attractions moved quickly and allowed for riders to go through multiple times.

Great value and tons of fun!!! We will definitely be back.

Craigs Cruisers is a great, fun place for families! The only downside to it that I see is that it is very pricey, but overall its an exciting environment for friends and families. We love to go play mini-golf there!

Theyve really improved in the past 5-10 years! I love the variety of things to do...my son is 4, so now all ages of our family can enjoy the activities. In winter, its a nice break from being indoors at home. I highly recommend the 3-hr wristband/buffet combo for $35 ea. Its definitely worth it. It allows you unlimited access to all attractions (go-carts, laser tag, rollercoaster, trampolines, bumper cars, etc.) and then you can eat at the end of it too. Buffet has a wide variety of food...make sure you look at all the bars before defaulting to pizza! Well absolutely be back in the future.

Had a great time here. There was a lot to do. They have multiple cart tracks, bumper boats, a large arcade, a fun putt putt golf course, jump station and more. We took a 4 year old and 10 year old and both had a good time. The prices are a little higher at 30 dollars a piece but there were some specials going on if you showed up at the right time. I wouldnt mind going back again some day.

Very disappointed! I had my sons birthday party here on 01/19/2020. The staff did not adequately handle our reservations. We had 30 people and they put us in a room with 12 chairs. 12. They gave us 3 hours of of unlimited attractions and buffet but they spent the first hour trying to get everything organized. The website was very confusing with the participants/non participants. The staff was not accommodating at all. We paid extra for a party planner who wanted to leave after helping us for 15 minutes. This turned out to be a disaster. Do not reserve your birthday party here!

Always love family time here. Fast friendly service, and decent pricing. Surprisingly good pizza buffet here, try the buffalo chicken pizza so delicious. Great place for big groups, small groups, all groups. Atmosphere is fun good time, play games vibe. Dont forget to get out on their indoor go cart track either, wether out for mini golf, go carts, or laser tag, guaranteed to be a great time overall

It was somewhat disappointing that on one of the hottest days that due to COVID outdoor activities were the only things allowed. The cost was sortve crazy also. $22 got you 2 hours per person.

I was visiting the area when we stopped in. A little overpriced, but definitely a nice clean enjoyable attraction. Arcade games could be a little cheaper. Food was good. Nice selection.

My sister and her husband bought my 9 year old grandson and me the three hour wristbands. We had a great time. I liked that they could watch us enjoy the activities (except laser tag). We were disappointed that the jump zone was not included (plus you HAD to purchase their socks to jump - why not include that in the price of the jump zone?). We didnt get the buffet because my grandson has to eat gluten free. They said they could prepare a gluten free pizza if we had called ahead. My grandson was very disappointed the arcade was pay per play and Grandma said no. It was centrally located and we had to cross it to get to outside activities. He loved the mini golf and played all 36 holes. Some of the greens were in disrepair.

We go every year all 19 of us. Had a good time not the best like years past. Place was to hot. They have added several new things to do. The buffet was great.

Running a good business here, was very busy when we stopped in on vacation. Victim of there own success maybe? Tried playing a round of miniput but had to skip holes since there were larger groups and kids in front of us. Not sure etiquette could be implemented but many were jumping around to different holes due to the wait. Looked like the hot place for a kids party.

My brothers company picnic was here and oh my was this place incredible! The ropes course helped my son face his fears and feel more confident. All the staff were extreemly helpful and kind. Mini golf was a blast. The arcade was epic, the buffet was very tasty and everyone had a awesome time. Wish my local Craigs cruisers was this fun. We didnt get a chance to try the trampoline, ninja warrior course ect but they are on the list for next time.

I read all these negative comments and positive comments and went to see for myself. Here is my reason for giving this place, five stars. Yes, it is very expensive and yes, there are many, many young adults that are working, may they be happy? No, but they are there to help keep the place going. I can tell there are many high school kids as well, which means their hormones are all over the place, so they arent always going to be in the best mood. Second, they have to deal with nasty costumers. I watched a lady argue with an employee about putting her shoes in their designated locker area, just put the shoes there. People with the negative comments, are having a bad time because they did not ask questions, they also chose not to make sure everything is clear for not only themselves, but for the children ( if they bring any). Craigs cruisers makes everything clear, sorry but its also up to the customers to use their brains as well and if you arent getting the help that you need, then maybe searching a little more for the answer, is a solution as well. Please stop making this place seem terrible because you didnt ask questions and because you expect KIDS to be on their a-game, everyday. They have rules, follow them. Thank you for being an enjoyable place that my girlfriend and I were able to explore and enjoy.

Was not yesterday but Friday when i was there we had wristbands 2hour unlimited and went on go carts and zipline t times on go carts and 3 times on zipline it was so much fun and this craigs cruisers has so much to do loved it thanku

Great place for both outdoor and indoor family fun! Great affordable price deals. We got the buffet, $10 playcard, plus 3 attractions for only $25 each.Buffet was good lots of options with the all you can eat pizza. You can eat and come back to eat all you want for 3hrs which is amazing feature! My fav attraction was go carts. Bumper boats and put put golf was fun. We killed it winning a jackpot at the one arcade game! Didnt do so well this time around at our fav game down the clown.Our next visit was fun with the whole family.Down the clown didnt work to well as you get one ball at a time! :/ My baby liked playing the game where you throw the ping pong balls into the fish bowls. Nice adition was the indoor jumping trampoline park and roller coaster.

Family fun for hours! The buffet is really good & its not just pizza & pasta! Great vanilla ice cream! I like the deal with the buffet + 4 attractions. Great for work outings! Check on any closures before you go. The ninja course & laser tag are awesome!

My kids love the trampoline area, they even have a small space for the little ones under 44 (toddlers).They also have mini roller coaster, buffet, go cars, laser tag, arcade and much more definitely recommend !! Everything just in one place.

It was fun. I love the go cart track, especially the one outside. I also love the Lazer tag room and buffet. The package deal may be a bit high but its worth it. Very memorable and fun.

Great venue for family fun or an adult night out. A variety of activities, from carts (indoor & outdoor) to mini-golf to video games. Some additional attractions were closed for remodeling still, but not too bad a location. The attraction and game prices are a little high to make it a venue you can hang out at for an extended period, but overall a good time.

We went to our grandsons party here. The kids loved it. It was a little loud for my wife and I and many of the activities are geared toward younger people. Had fun anyways.

My only wish is a better selection of wristband times (currently only offer 3 hour wristbands.). I would like to see additional hour increments for an additional charge without having to purchase another 3 hours. Overall though, fun place!

Great family indoor amusement park (during winter season) with enough attractions to keep the whole family busy for 4-5 hours. we also enjoyed thier all inclusive attractions and buffet. Well definitely be coming again.

This place literally has everything you want for 1 low price! Go carts,bumper cars and boats, mini golf, laser tag, trampoline park, ninja course and mini coaster. Its awesome!

Highly suggest you go during a less busy time so that you can get more rides in the 2 hour time frame they give you.

Got 5 unlimited wristbands with buffets for $177. Buffett could have had more selections but its an arcade atmosphere so pizza and spaghetti are fitting just would be nice to have few more options available. As for the environment of the arcade and play areas it was great. Many games and attractions to play and the lines werent even bad for us being there on Saturday evening from 7 to 11pm. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. After enjoying tons of go kart races, arcade games, laser tag and jumping we spent another $18 on dip n dots ice cream to end the evening for a total of $195 spent for a family of 5 to enjoy 4 hrs of fun. Id say the value is definitely there and would recommend to families looking to enjoy some family time for a great value.

Craigs cruisers was great. The most fun Ive had in quite a while. I spent pretty much my entire time on the go karts and I loved it. The people who work there were really nice and friendly. It felt like a second home. The food was great. I had pizza and macaroni and cheese. I loved it. There was so much more food there but I didnt have a chance to try much of it. Would 100/100 recommend craigs cruisers to anyone looking for a fun time and some good food. Its great for families and couples of all ages.

Laser tag here is the best! The carts were fun as well. Great selections of games and the bathrooms are clean. The eating area is clean and a great variety for the salad bar and pizza. Looks to have a high number of tables and private rooms for kids parties.
