Took our kiddo for a half day trip, $12/adult and $8 for seniors and kids as donation. Its totally worth the price, our kid loves those big cats, and those cats are rescued and taken good care of. Well definitely come back.

The care and love for their residents is amazing. Spacious enclosures and playgrounds, each animals specific personality and needs are met. The only thing is that the owner has a very difficult and mercurial personality and advises extremely inappropriate actions to employees and volunteers. While there is no question of her devotion to her babies, she is almost almost criminally negligent with the lives and well-being of the people working there. Visit if you can, but if you choose to attempt to work there be careful.

This is a place for tiger lovers. If you want to see them up close without any gimmicks or tricks. Its a rescue home for the tigers and lions and some exotic species. The staff is extremely friendly and they are very interactive. I loved to see their dedication to this job. All the animals are well maintained and love to see them well cared for . I enjoyed it. But I emphasis its only for animal lovers. Before I leave just to add its 12$per person.

This place is amazing! You will get as close to a big cat as you will ever be (unless youre REALLY unlucky of course) and not just one kind! They have tigers, leopards, cheetahs, bobcats, African lions, and mountain lions. Even a couple Servals. The donation to walk around as long as you like is reasonable (youd pay more for the zoo and not get nearly as close), and it goes to help keep the cats alive and happy. As you walk around, you can watch the volunteers interact with the cats and theyre happy to answer questions. Each animals story is posted along with interesting information about their species. It really is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend visiting even just once to see just how big they really are. Its really neat to watch such massive creatures act like house cats.

We just got done with our bone tour. It was amazing and the best time we have had there yet. We would recommend others to do this. This is a great way to see the cats active and hear about there history. Our tour guide Debbie was amazing. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, pointed out the best viewing points and routes to take to get to see all the cats. The team feeding them were also amazing with getting us to see the cats active and how they are very attentive and there relationships with them is so caring and beautiful to see how they have bonded. We love it there!

Just did a guided tour with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She did a great job on interacting with my kids and was informative on all the animals. This is a non profit organization but I do highly encourage donations to these poor animals. These cats cant survive in the wild. This places is the best thing for them. Even if its in a cage. We did participate in social distancing along with wearing a mask. Please read the website and obey the rules. There for your safety and for the well being of the cats.

It was a really fun experience to see cats up close, but it was very dirty and the cats had a very small living space. I came with one of my friends and it came out to a total of $24 . I gave the lady $40 and she only gave me back $8 only with ones tho. You walk in mud the entire time . I tried calling the front desk about 22 times about the money situation and no call . very unorganized.

Came with 2 small children, 6 & 4. I get it’s an animal rescue center and not a zoo, but it is open to the public with an entrance fee, so subject to criticism. Parking: bad. Staff: rude and annoying. Animals: easy to see. Walking path: dirt, mud & rocks with animal feces prevalent.Overall, I would not recommend. Making children wear masks when outside, in the sun, on a 100 degree day, is moronic. Your staff demanding it and then not wearing them 100% of the time while on the premises is inexcusable. Having everyone touch the same entry door, pen, paper and tablet is a joke in and of itself. Going to the Dallas or Fort Worth zoos or Fossil Rim Wildlife Center are infinitely better, in my opinion. I paid to feel like I was intruding here.

Overall, it was a cool experience. Its awesome to see some of these magnificent animals up close. One thing that bothered me a bit was the $12 donation. Its a charge, plain and simple. If you are going to charge people, dont advertise it as something else. Im sure they are doing their best, but it still bothers me to see these cats in cages that arent big enough. Hopefully they can expand in the future.

Non-profit that has over 200 volunteers dedicated to care for cats that were stuffed into duffel bags to smuggle across the border, or locked in dog kennels with their tails cut so they cant reject being bred over and over again, often to direct relatives, all to feed a horrific market of canned hunts and pet the tiger side shows, animals that arrive with numerous health issues from seizures to being severely malnourished, this place takes them all and provides a haven. This place isnt for the visitors like a zoo, theyll not waste money on walkways when it can go to the cats having new enrichment or enclosures to rescue more, theyre all about the cats. With cats having contracted COVID-19 at the Bronx Zoo they take the pandemic very seriously as they should, masks on at all times for anyone over 3 years of age. If you believe the world revolves around you and yours, youll not be able to truly appreciate how here it revolves around the cats. However, if you open yourself to seeing the little details everywhere that show you just how much they truly care, in each and every enclosure, youre going to walk out knowing youve been a part of something bigger than you and you helped some amazing animals live out their remaining days in comfort and love.

Me & my partner visited this place the day after Valentines Day for a special early-morning pancake breakfast event; it was the first time wed ever been, & Id been wanting to go since I visited with the staff at the North Texas Irish Festival a year prior.Let me just say: this facility exceeded all my expectations. As a soft-hearted, lifetime lover of animals, Im drawn to like-minded people, & In Sync Exotics is a haven for folks like that. The animals who call this place home are truly beloved & truly cared for - often after having experienced trauma & exploitation at the hands of others. You can walk & talk with any of the staff & experience that same outpouring of empathy, that same love & admiration for these amazing creatures, who all deserve the opportunity to live full & abuse-free lives. If youre visiting because you just want to see a big cat up close, then hey, good for you; they wont disappoint! There are plenty of cats ready to entertain with their antics. But if you, like me, are visiting because the world makes you sad sometimes, & you just need to know that there are other people out there working tirelessly to protect creatures like these from exploitation, then I can only hope you dont put off your visit as long as I did. You owe it to your heart to go tomorrow.

We said we would walk around a bit and stop back in and visit more. And I would have probably left our $30 donation. But you know how you have that one person that can ruin it for the whole class? We ran into that person on the grounds. She VERY RUDELY asked us Where are your masks? I said we have them right here. She said Uh yeah well youre supposed to be wearing them not just having them with you. I said ok Im sorry we just took them off for a break its so hot. She said Uh yeah I know!!. Ok first we really didnt know they were required OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT. But we put them back on. She really could have changed her tone and asked nicely and explained to us that they prefer we keep them on. We didnt have a soul around us for 20 yards. And we discussed keeping a distance from others while visiting each cage. I dont know who she thinks she is but she needs to come down off her pedestal before shes knocked off. Her boss or whoever is in charge needs to calm her butt down and tell her how to treat guests in their facilities. I will not tell others to go visit this place. I will tell everyone how this chic was very hateful and rude. Cost yall $30. We came, we saw. WE LEFT

My experience unfortunately wasn’t the best but that was because of my 2 year old! I decided to go during nap time which was a mistake on my part. I paid $12 for myself and was there about 15 minutes total. I still felt the $12 regardless of the time I spent was worth it. My son started pulling fits so I decided it was best we leave so he didn’t disturb the cats. Had nothing to do with the place or staff nor did they ever make me feel like I needed to leave! I gave them 5 stars because if my child allowed it, I would have enjoyed my time. It was really hot out so I didn’t see many cats out but I expected that. As far as some reviews talking about the staff being rude, I didn’t get that vibe at all. They were all out there cleaning and caring for the enclosures and no one was ever rude to me. Any staff I came across were really nice to both me and my 2 year old. I read signs that said any rules about parking and such as they make it pretty clear. I will say next visit I go, I will go without a small child that needs a nap and also when it’s a tad bit cooler out. The cats looked very well taken care of. Once I paid, the staff let’s you just walk around and stay as long as you want (lots of signs and stuff talking about all the cats as you walk around) Overall if I am judging the place/staff and not my 2 year old I would definitely recommend!

This is a really cool place. Its not exactly how I imagined, but thats probably due to lack of funding. They could use more cement paths because they day I went it was really wet and muddy, but their priority is the animals, not the visitors, so Im sure funds are mostly used to care for the cats, which is great.
