Got to hear young George Washington speak in an intimate space. What a wonderful experience! The hospitality here is noteworthy.
Lovely house in colonial Williamsburg but accessible only to donors of CW. Very good programs with Nation Builders. Most of the volunteer staff are welcoming.
The staff are always warm and welcoming. This is a highlight of our time at CW.
Awesome. Edith Cumbo gave a nice talk.
Wonderful venue. Great volunteers and staff!
Very helpful volunteers working when we visited.
Great programs for Colonial Williamsburg donors.
Small group presentations by Gowan Pamphlet Jr. and Patrick Henry.... Fantastic!!
Great rest stop on the Williamsburg experience.
Great place for members of Williamsburg foundation to rest and refreshments. And another thing to see Nation Builders.
Always a good break after walking around colonial Williamsburg.
Friendly hosts, nice place to warm up when cold weather is here.
Always good times
Great history. Fun interpreters cooking and making barrels
Special place for donors of Colonial Williamsburg.
A beautiful home open only to donors and open everyday. This is a place to relax and get out of the weather whether sun or snow. Six days a week there is a chat by an interpreter for 45 minutes on living in Colonial Williamsburg as a mercenary, a slave, wife of a general, or a slave preacher. Always interesting and staffed by knowledgeable volunteers. A wonderful historical home between the Governors mansion and the courthouse. It is a place to meet up with people who love Colonial Williamsburg and history.
You must be a foundation member to attend the nation builder talks. This is the highlight of our day in Williamsburg. Each day a nation builder comes to talk to about 20 visitors about their life. Extremely interesting and educational.
Such nice people
I had a great private tour of the entire home after joining the Duke of Glouster Society. The staff were the best, and very knowlegeable.
Love Jefferson and Martha Washington presentations at the St. George Tucker House in Williamsburg, Va. Special thanks to Cheryl Orr for her kindnesses and help in early April. Just made the crowd pleasing chili from the Tucker House Cook book. Awesome recipe. Thank you again Cheryl. Danuta Bujak,
Beautiful example of a colonial home. I love the white picket fence
A superior educational event each time Nation Builder visits!!
It was a Great learning experience
Always enjoy the conversations with historic figures.
