This company is pretty much a scam. I do not recommend shopping here. For one, I wanted edible arrangements and somehow I got led to this website. And when I say horrible, I mean HORRIBLE.Well, I ordered my basket and about 10 minutes later, I received a call saying they went to the home and could not deliver the fruit basket. Very confusing, how could you make a fruit basket and deliver it in 10 minutes?As I tried to get my refund, I was hung up on but eventually got connected to someone. I was given 50% refund and an upgrade on my delivery. The delivered fruit basket was very small and hardly any fruit. I was very shocked when seeing this basket and honestly hurt.It just was not what I expected for the price I paid.

I had previously posted to this bc 1800 flowers asked me to give a review and so I did without doing my research. After reading the response from this owner I didnt realize that this location was an independent owner. I thought it was the national 1800 flowers and you were an affiliated partner with this business. If you are not a partner and are not affiliated with the 1800 flowers then my review on you was completely uncalled for and I do apologize. I have taken down the review so it dosnt cause any harm to you or your business. I was linked to your site from my email saying to write a review and I did so. If I did not do business with you according to your records then I highly apologize to you. I would look into the 1800 flowers people though bc I can see this happening in the future to you. Again my sincere apologies.

Horrible, unreliable service. Ordered large arrangement for same day. Got an email saying delivery attempted -- we were both home due to COVID-19. They LIED about attempting delivery. When arrangement arrived late afternoon next day, arrangement was incomplete and a MEDIUM, not a LARGE as ordered. Hugely disappointed in lack of service, integrity and attention to detail.

I forgot to give my sister a birthday present. At the last minute, I called this store and within two hours, a beautiful flower arrangement appeared on her table. What a nice and helpful service. Thank you.

I have been using this florist for years. Im always amazed by how beautiful the arrangement are and how long they last. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend that you use 1800 flowers on high street for any occasions when youre in need of flowers . I will continue to use them and encourage others to do the same. My Mother loves her flowers every year on her birthday and Mothers day.

The reason Im giving one 800 Flowers a low rating is because I keep seeing their fishy ads on my free streaming apps that I use. Word of advice quit advertising, nobody wants to buy your flowers. Also judging from what I saw on your reviews you guys have quite a few bad ones. The one I notice the first was you guys over charge people on flowers. I wish I could leave a comment and give you 0 stars!!!

I called 1-800Flowers/Colonial and ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to my mother. I was a bit apprehensive because It was so close to mothers day. My mom gave me a call the very next day and absolutely loved the arrangement! I am delighted to know that even though I am located in Los Angeles, CA, 1-800Flowers/Colonial staff took good care of my mom and and put together a beautiful bouquet exactly how I wanted it! Amazing staff and business!

My son in law bought me flowersfor my birthday. He paid over $45they are artificial and look cheap. I know that was NOT his intent. I will NEVER order flowers from here ever again.

This deserves no stars. I spent $100 on what was supposed to be a tree shaped pine with red and white roses. Instead they delivered a dying pine with not one single flower. It is pathetic and available for 10 bucks at Walmart. Never, ever use these people. Ever.

I ordered Rose Elegance Premium Purple Roses, Standard. This was for a nice woman I met. She truly deserves something nice. There were two versions, Standard and Deluxe. The standard looked very nice in the picture on the web site. About a dozen roses. The deluxe showed about 1 1/2 dozen. The standard looked nice enough so thats what I ordered. Was very disappointed with what was delivered. Although very nicely arranged, there were only 6 roses. You cant impress a woman with a half dozen roses. I was let down thinking a dozen would be delivered. Now I have to make a trip to the grocery store, where you know what you are buying, to redeem myself.

Ordered a double bouquet of mixed Roses and tulips for mothers day, received 1/3 order last time ever order from 1800flowers again.

I order flowers. Went into the store and showed him what I wanted and my colors for my wedding. The flowers came in wrong and they did not inform me just put it together. The day of the wedding he just stuffed random stuff together. Colors were wrong style was wrong. Do not recommend for personalized items

Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, and were promised to be delivered yesterday by this company, but they were not delivered yesterday and still not delivered today ( 11:41am). I kept my promise to pay them and did on my American Express....this company has stolen my money by not delivering the flowers I ordered and paid for!

Ordered and paid for Cymbidium Orchid Corsage on May 22, 2017 for June 9, 2017 delivery. Wanted to ensure delivery because it was a very special occasion. Was notified on June 8, 2017 at 10:30pm that there was an out of stock issue. Unfortunately, according to the florist, the product you selected Cymbidium Orchid Corsage, is unavailable for delivery at this time. I do not want frustration to guide this review, but simply put 1800Flowers / Colonial florist system failed. There was a reason I placed and paid for my order so far in advance. During CHAT session (which I was promised a copy of but never received), I was told that the local florist was unable to do ANYTHING for us. Not even a replacement due to capacity of order issues. I understand that issue occur, but a $20 voucher for ordering through 1800Flowers doesnt compensate for the mad dash to find something on the day of the PROM.** I could not contact the Florist early Friday due to business travel so that wasnt an option at this point and I only contacted 1800Flowers after the missed delivery time because I hadnt checked my personal email. The status under TRACK MY ORDER made no mention of issues.

By far the worst experience Ive had dealing with a local florist. Product delivered was incorrect. Not on time and they had a bad attitude when I tryed to fix the issue. Will never shop here again and I advise anyone in the williamsburg area to stay away. The Manger is a joke
