No complaints hardly hear from the office which is honestly a good thing. You just pay rent and take care of your business and so do they.

Hood...but liveable.

Management wont return phone calls took me 3days, to get a hold of someone. Their info is misleading rv rental spots their website says 425 a month, the lady in the office Laura that i talked to told me its 480, and they will pay water and electric up to 100, if u go over the remaining balance is on you, just a little detail their not listing. And just so ppl know the free mobile homes they are giving away, they say in their website info, they need renovated thats true, oh but again shame on you guys misleading . Laura in the office said the rules are ( you have too renovate the trailer before you can move in ) pretty sad when someone out of state uncovers your cloudy b.s., you guys are pulling on ppl. (BEWARE BEWARE !!!! )

Im not even sure where to start. If you enjoy being lied to about what you sign, saying theyll make it right, and never following through, then youll enjoy it here. Also hope you enjoy the water being off constatly without notification for several hours ( longest was 17 hours ). I had to hire an attorney because they will literally not follow the contract you sign with them. They lost someone who was never, ever late, kept to themself, and respected thier neighbors.

Great environment

I was impressed when I first got here, but was latter disappointed by the lack of management! People race thru the 10MPH speed zone going real fast in the same areas where kids play. Im a disabled vet, living alone, and Im ignored. The manager is a good friend and constant companion to the neighbors across the Street. He fights with his wife, and I can hear it over here. Thats because hes always drunk and drives his car with an open 40oz maltliquior morning and night. This dosent set a very good example for good tenants (who dont stay long). DONT lease from these people. THANX

Great place to live and getting even better. Recent change in ownership and management and they are doing a wonderful job making this place really nice.
