I live at another MH Comm. I looked at this park to see the amenities, and compare between the two this company owns. I would not live there if I were given a remodeled mobile home and never had to pay a dime. I dont recommend people looking at other park for place to live either. Takes for ever to get work orders completed, unless emergency, then patch job. Cant use the pool. Suppose to be able to come from my park to this park to swim, but early summer 2019 not operable. I question the integrity of this property owner, as I have found discrepancies and actions or should say denied actions. Have a good day and happy hunting

Nice grounds, habitable trailers.

Have lived in this community over 15 years. Theyre always improving the sites. There is a pool, playground and clubhouse. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This year has been an especially challenging year due to the death of my husband. The manager is always very kind and the corporate office staff that oversee this community have shown compassion. Thank you FR Communities and Plum Creek staff.

Great place to live. Good amenities. New owners are cleaning the place up and bringing in new homes. Looks good!

This place is very nice, clean & up kept communityA truly wonderful neighborhood by the looks of it. I looked at a few really awesome homes there. I honestly wanted 2 get the 1 I liked the most, although it was a hard choice because they all were such beautiful places, but alas i could not pass thier background check because of a felony charge I received n 2005. Which I might add i have not been n any trouble since then. Yes I did the crime but Ive also paid my dues 4 that crime. Its been 14 yrs. How long do I have 2 keep getting punished 4 it? I am now a very law abiding citizen & a function member of society. So maybe just maybe yall could have a little more compation & understanding when it comes 2 ur terms, rules & guidelines about how r y give ur approval. Instead of only seeing the words convicted felon. And automatically deciding 2 deny the application form. Try looking at a more personal level. Like who I am now. I am a very good person, clean, quiet, honest, reliable & am always ready 2 help r lend a hand. Maybe thats the kind of things u should really b looking 4 n a person, client r resident of ur community.

New management, pool is awesome (they even have ppl out there to make sure you are a resident) takes a while for maintenance to show up but they do make sure that the homes are in excellent condition.
