Excellent visit. The park is under renovations and bringing in some really nice brand new homes. Affordable lot rent and a really great renovated home for sale caught my eye.

Sold again. New owners buying 80+ new trailers. Single and double wide. Only renting new. Most of older homes are individually owned. New manager very nice and will try to help. The park is located near quick food and wal mart. Block from these stores and I-44 interstate. McConnell afb 1 mile. Hospital 5 to 8 miles down I-44. No traffic jams, well, 1 or 2 yr. Only cause by large wrecks. Getting better ever month. Lived here since 2001.

Visited with the Park Manager, Pam, very caring about the community. Nearly 100 brand new trailers being broth in for rental. New Splash Pad coming and lot rent very reasonable. Looking at one of the renovated trailers to out right buy. You cant beat it with seller financing Available and new ownership. 2021 is going to be great.

This mobile home park looks more a junk yard from the street so you should driver thru and see how terrible the back side of the park is. I lived there over 5 years and they wont fix holes that are in the floor under the carpet, w the carpet being there only thing holding you up because the floors are rotted out and I wont even start on the mold growing on the ceilings

Low cost .slumlord ran. They kickout previous peoples who payed rent for the kids and something they half ass done.If you rent here people will know your better than you.

Rebecca is the manager of evergreens and is very poor customer service and a poor representative of evergreens park. This is not a place that I would recommend anybody to stay unless you like to have tenants come up to your RV looking for drugs cutting through a lot in the middle of the night And they give me a bill for my electric state niall $36.39 then they turn around give me another bill saying I0 $95.61 on the same day for the same bill So if I can give this place a 0 rating I Would but on fortunately I can only give them a one star rating

You can rent to own your own mobile home. Its close to Wal-Mart and places to have dinner

Quiet place nice and comfy.

The trailers they want way to much for them if youre wanting to buy. The trailers need to much work on them and the female manager is rude and hateful
