Well for starters.....The owners cant afford any decent management....No maintenance equipment...Water always turned off by the City of Wichita Falls. But if you need a place to live, while you are trying to get back on your feet. It will do.

This is a clean area has several open lots and a quite community.

Good place, but do need some changes! The guy who runs things is rude many times. They close the entrance gate and I needed out quickly to make it to the hospital. I had to drive WAY OUT OF THE WAY around by base and missed valuable time with a loved one that passed away. My kids go see their papa a lot, so we are there quite a bit. This gate has been close many weeks at a time in the past. Need to update with a code or automatic gate. People in office always seem to he pretty nice. The pool is nice as well!

The speed bumps are too much and the dips will kill your tires and bumpers

We was doing a rent to own on a trailer there, the manger Jeff ripped us off. He was selling us the trailer for 13,000.00. The day we paid our last payment, and to get the paperwork for it, he turned around and said he changed the selling price to 31,000.00,we continued to pay rent. A week later he evicted us cause we refused to pay the 31,000.00. I feel we was robbed and feel we should have got our money back or give us the trailer under this new manager. After we moved out Jeff moved in our trailer and didnt charge her any rent.

Rundown roach infested trailers. The guy who runs the place is a jack a$$... Tries to fine residents for having stuff stored outdoors while the two lots he occupies are overflowing with junk
