Okay. Lets be honest: this place is a amazing. I was never the type to dress up and expect to dance all night long in heels so this makes it the perfect place. Its not entirely upscale so I can practically wear anything and still make it in to get my groove on.

They had a little glitch with their system tonight. But all the rides were free and my kids took advantage of this. Had a a lot of fun watching them enjoy them selves. Great place to bring the family.

Great big place with lots of party rooms, arcade games, rides and delicious buffet. If you go, make sure you try the recently baked and warm cinnamon rolls as well as the chocolate chip cookies. Also the banana pudding was very tasty. Pizza was average, but the fried chicken and pastas were very good. Overall, I had a great time there.

This place was great! Check-in process was easy, with employees there to help. The buffet was stocked with food, clean and neat. Tables were being cleared for new customers coming in. The games and entertainment were excellent. Had a great time and cant wait to return.

Its alright probably wont go back. Food was cold and always out of chicken and most of the pizzas, had to wait for more then it was barely warm, like it was sitting for awhile. Banana pudding tasted weird, couldnt eat it. Bread sticks were the best thing there besides the beer. Salad was sitting in water.

Went there for the 1st time. You pay when you walk in, the price is for buffet and games. Food is not too bad and you go back as many times as you want for food and drinks, theres also desserts. There are lots of games and a couple rides. We were there about 5 hours. You can add more games on your card, best deal is the more expensive one.I definitely come back, kids had a great time.

Fun place to win multiple jackpots but the only problem is when I won multiple jackpot on same machine. So I won the jackpot and then machine resets with a jackpot of 260 and I won again and it was only giving me credit for 200 each win for the two of them . That means I was getting rip off for 120 tickets all together so watch your ticket count when visiting..(next visit ) stupid machine did it again but this time employees were rude and didn’t want to offer the difference in tickets back like the last time ... why if they did it last time ? !!! So I have to knock down some stars!!!

Great price for a buffet. Have fried chicken, pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts. Kids have fun at all the games and rides. Great place to take the kids for a few hours

Had a good time, enjoyed the food. Tables arent cleared fast enough, some are left dirty even after plates are removed, but you can always ask one of the workers to clean it off for you. Game room is pretty small.

I had visited the location in Buena Park and liked this one a little more. This location us smaller but 10 times cleaner and the workers here do care about your experience. The food buffet is clean. The selection of food is not vast but it is decent for what you pay. I live that i can come, eat, play and the return to eat again at no additional cost.I would definitely be back. This location is geared towards smallet kids under 10.

The worst customer sevice ever. But the worst part was the RAW and bloody chicken.A lot of empty plates of pizza. Now I know why this place is empty.

I had a post up earlier but I took it down because I was there almost a week ago I had lost my wallet and in four days number one nobody answers the phone there number two when I did get a call back it was from a different location and number three I have not received a call back or an email regarding my lost wallet which means Im going to have to drive down there because nobody will answer th eir phone they lost my business. Since the grand opening we have enjoyed coming here. Its a little slow paced some weekdays but thats understandable. The food is usually on point and fresh. This was the first location we saw inspired dishes and its always been interesting to see something new. They have improved a lot since beginning of summer 2019. I take my kids (boy 9, girl 14, nephew 2) here for specials and weekends and the experience doesnt compare. Food and fun- and mama doesnt have to do dishes....seriously top 10 places to be. Become a VIP member. Its worth every penny!

I admire this place very much. theres a great feeling. The meals are marvelous. the service is powerful and the waiters are courteous. The price is satisfactory. I definitely recommend.

Excellent new Johns incredible which opened last year. I been going to the one in Buena park before they opened this one,and thank God that this opened since the one in Buena park is always overcrowded and most of the food was usually empty and often time many of the machines would be out of service. This one is cleaner and much more updated, and the people that work here are much nicer and professional. I highly recommend this location!

Food selection and taste is not very good, but what can you expect for the price. Manager and staff where nice and there is enough games to entertain the kids for a bit. Good way to entertain the kids at a reasonable price

As soon as you enter the establishment, there is only a self check-in/pay kiosk that took forever to use. For those who have never done so before and for those who have large parties to check in (3 large parties when we were trying to check in) took way longer than it needed to. Then when we were ready to finish paying, the kiosk froze. Was told to wait until the next kiosk opened up. After that we were hoping the food would at least be decent, but unfortunately there was barely any food actually available to eat. Its around 6:30 pm and there was no fried chicken, baked potatoes, and no pepperoni pizzas anywhere. There were some other specialty pizzas around but kids just wanted pepperoni. There were plenty of seats but plenty of dirty dishes just laying around. The games on the other hand were quite good. They were entertaining and fun for kids and adults. When it was time to turn in the tickets at the end of the night, there was only one person collecting tickets and giving out prizes. Severely understaffed and severely underwhelmed. Sadly wont be returning.

Very surprised first as it is advertised as a pizza & fun destination.There were multiple food stations.Salads, several varieties of pizza, pasta, baked potatoes, taco fixings, a dessert bar, frozen yogurt, cappuccino and much much more.At a fair, all inclusive price.Plus rooms for parties, a beer & wine lounge (for the adults), rides and games.Totally blown away with the spirit & the service!

Johns Incredible Pizza boy was that an experience started off in a room with a hostess is my twins birthday Mead balloon request had the kids laughing at some of the different shapes especially when you make the Gucci purse we had a really good time a games the kids were just ecstatic about now about the pizza I dont know how many different kinds they had but there were quite a few I myself had three plates of different kinds of pizza pepperoni was good but the nacho slices were the best while going through the slices Ive bit into one it made me stop talking and concentrate on what I just bit it was a peanut butter Pizza I forgot that I picked it up another Patron told me that it was totally delicious and he would give me $5 if I didnt make it he should give me 2.50 because it was so so I dont want to go through every slice and give you the details they were lots of them that were very tasty I recommend this place not only for the kids but for adults its all you can eat all you can drink its a good place for you can hang out we to bring the kids while youre talking they can be playing the games I went to the Westminster Mall location

The staff was very friendly! I was there on a Monday night and the food was delicious and plentiful. The game room, dining rooms and buffets were all cool. I visited the Buena Park location an hour before to compare for my sons upcoming bday party, and I went with Westminster because of the cleanliness of all areas (especially the buffet) and their awesome employees.

Go to Chuck E Cheeses. Trust me. YOU HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST $10 PER HEAD TO GET INSIDE. You cannot just come in and play the games. Birthday planners be warned you can only be in a party room for a max of 2 hours and then you have to leave to the main room. Last but not least, the horrid smell of mediocre food and must.

Sorry but this place has gone down hill. Used to go here for birthdays and now I would not recommend. Food very poor quality. Not that pizza has to be great but come on.

Pizza and salad bar were pretty good. Dessert was terrible- we were there for 1 1/2 hours and it was empty when we arrived. Was 1/2 was refilled right as we were leaving. Everything about the dessert tasted like plastic, even the soft serve had no flavor. Most things were out of stock and not getting refilled as often as they should with 3 hours til closing, some food items looked like they had sat for a good while. Im glad I tried it but was not worth $30 for myself and my husband just for pizza and salad.

Over priced. Food is mediocre. Food areas and eating areas especially the dessert section were very dirty with spilled, piled up food. Food trays were empty. Hardly win any tickets for prizes. I can say that i was pleased with customer service in regards to someone stealing my daughters cards. They blocked usage of the stolen cards and credited what was used while in the process of stopping the cards. They replaced the cards as well with all credits that had not been used by my daughters. When the food manager was addressed about food refills and cleanliness they were unengaged and didnt seem to care and conditions did not improve. Will not ever go there again. Not worth the money at all!!

You have to pay for a buffet for anyone who is going to enter to play in the arcade. Arcade prices are totally reasonable. The games and rides are great. But I was annoyed to find out you cant just go in the arcade.We will make plans to go around meal times if we ever go back.

This place is great! The buffet is super affordable. Only for $14 youll get unlimited food and drinks. Pizzas are made fresh and a lot of choices! You can customize your own pastas and salads. They also have gluten free pizzas made to order. You have unlimited food on one side and fun on the other, they have plenty of games and rides to choose from that your kid will love it. The place is huge that you will never run out of seats. They have different variety of dining rooms. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. They also have beers, margaritas and wine. What more can you ask for. Bring your kid to this place if you dont have time to cook at home and you and your kid will love it

The staff is on point here at this location.Venue - Place is clean, and its not overcrowded like other locations.Not sure why rating is so low, but my experience was good here. Great party for my nephew and super fun for the kids. Food area really clean compared to other locations Ive been to. The family restroom does need some attention though.

I like the chain and its a great place for families, teens or adults. I wish it was bigger especially the bumper car area. But overall I love it especially the buffet it is reasonably priced and the food is usually good. The buffet could use a little bit more variety as we have been there four times and its usually the same stuff.The problem I have with Johns is the lack of cleanliness and the utensils are usually very dirty and the plates and the cups are awful dirty when they get busy they cant keep up the bussers dont clean the the dining areas very well. We have gotten sick two out of the four times weve been there; during the day its not so bad the earlier you get there the better and cleaner it is afternoon and evenings are pretty busy and they do not keep up so I would suggest bringing your own disposable plastic utensils and cups if you can and cleaning solution to clean the surface of the the tables to ensure that you and your kids dont get sick.

Love it always look forward to the salads and like the 5,000 different pizzas(j.k) that they have. My kids have fun playing games and running around. Overall a great place for the family and awesome prices.

I made my daughter’s 8th birthday party here, they were AMAZING! They helped me with everything and they are all really nice and attentive. Extremely satisfied.

This place does what Chuck E Cheese and Dave & Busters couldnt: a perfect balance for kids and adults to enjoy. Although decorations were more on the more fun side appealing to children, their games and attractions appealed to both and their dining areas (they have four themed dining areas) are clean and away from all the noise so its a perfect place for adults to talk without all the noise from kids. The food (and drinks) is quite good with a large variety and is buffet style and if theres something missing, ask an employee to set it out. Theres also a mini bar there as well for the adults. Besides games, there are also two rides: a twister and the ever classic bumper cars. The bumper cars were a hit with kids and adults alike in my party and we went multiple times. The bumper cars were also clean and modern and safer than the old models as theres no attachment to the ceiling. Employees seemed to also care about their jobs and service was great. The bathroom, needless to say, was clean as well. Overall, the place is clean and enjoyable for all ages.

Have enjoyed many visits with the grandkids! They have a wide variety food, not just pizza. Vegan, vegetarian a very fresh salad bar. Beverages including a bar for adults. Kids love the rides and there are arcade games for every age group. Not too many rides but enough. The place is kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would rate them higher if it had more stars! Its also a nice way to beat the heat when its in the 90s outside and you want to do something fun with the kids or grandkids!

This place is one of the best ideas because you end up eating all day and going back and forth with playing. Instead of paying for food over and over again you just pay one lump sum for the food and dont worry about it again. The only thing is you have to keep paying to play which is understandable but hey at least your stomach will thank you

Not worth the money.Food is expensive all you can eat without the quality. Pizza is your best option but its ok. Chicken is bland. In fact most other foods are bland. Even the nacho sauce was watery and bland.Donut and ice cream is ok. Cinnamon buns were good.Rides and games are standard priced. Rides are about $3. Games run around 1-2. Im cheap. This seems a bit priceyWe went for a party. How was it?Made balloons for guns and swords. The food was brought in ok. Drinks could have been brought in better since cups had to be grabbed from buffet area.Its an ok experience but I wouldnt go unless it were for a bday party.

Fun place to bring the kids. Food selection is better than Chuck E. Cheese. This location has a spinning ride and bumper cars. One thing to note is that the game cards are not automatically interchangeable between locations. You need to have the staff convert your game cards if you plan on visiting a different Johns location.

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes pretty good, sometimes half-frozen.

My Dad spent a $100 in total at Johns Incredible Pizza for 4 people 2 children and 2 adults but it wasnt worth it. When we got there we looked for a table and we couldnt find one. 30 minutes later, we found a table that had not been cleaned up. 20 minutes later we come back to the table and ITS STILL NOT CLEAN. Right. After, we found a table that was cleaned up. I went to the buffet and I got a slice of pizza, and a chicken leg. First off the chicken was cold and the pizza too. The pepperoni and cheese were also cold which gave it no taste. Its like eating a pizza from a supermarket. My family and I left to go play games. The fun card which you use there to play the games only lasted about a hour. The prizes that they have were a lot of credits. I went to the only ride there and I waited in line for 10 minutes. I noticed that the operator left carelessly. I recommend you not coming here. It has cool stuff for kids but its not worth it.

My daughter and I arrived at approx 1pm on a Tuesday. The place was empty and I should have guessed why. It was obvious that many of the food items had been sitting out for a while as they had already started to crust over including a thick layer forming over the top of the soups. Many of the food items were luke warm, especially the soups. I dont know why the food wasnt kept at the temp required for a buffet line. Several areas of the buffet had old crusty food particles on it and overall I would say wasnt very clean. The silverware was horrible (old & worn) and it took a few moments to find suitably clean forks and knives to eat with. It is obvious that I was not impressed with the buffet, but my daughter said that she enjoyed playing the games, hence the two stars.

Food is always fresh...the host was very helpful...the employees tending to the tables were making sure we were comfortable and clear our dirty plates! Above all my son had fun!.

Salad bar was big, deserts left me wanting, bit pizza pizza pizza... so much to choose from... then its ok on the arcade side but as an adult in am not there for the arcade the kids are. Great service, its pretty clean and its got all the awesome games you could want. Theyve even got bumper cars and nice new games mostly for kids. Theyre missing guitar hero :( The food is mostly good but some foods arent that great. Its in the mall too so once youre done here, you can venture on over to the other places in this mall too. Ill definitely be returning!

We recently came here to this location to celebrate my sons 6th birthday. Honestly, this location is trash and I do not recommend it to anyone. The food was not good. They had undercooked chicken, not many pizza options, low quality, and the stations were dirty. I was disappointed. Ive been to other locations that were alot better, including the Buena park location. The staff here was super young and had no clue what was going on. I will not be coming back here again.
