Visited this D&B location back in 2011, again in 2018 and just this weekend. The management has definitely changed for the best. Our waitress was kind and courteous, and brought our meals within a timely manner! We also got the Eat & Play combo so we got game cards with our meal! Thank you for a wonderful time! Eat, Drink, & Play is the best Motto! ️
COVID protocols in place-I was surprised at how clean and empty Dave & Buster’s was. They’ve made every effort to try to protect you. Everyone had on a mask and they offer gloves at the entrance and then again at the bathrooms. Not a lot of people were wearing gloves but we wore gloves the whole time. Some games are closed for social distancing but they make every effort to have the same game open somewhere else. There are hand sanitizing wipes station throughout the game rooms. Staff is polite and there are staff members walking around all wearing masks and gloves.
It was fun is. We took the kids to just get out of the house so for that we were happy. Unfortunately the food left alot to be desired.
Always a blast to go to. A fun and clean place to take the family or out with the boys. The food is always fresh and served on time. The environment is fun and lively. The price of the food is great and the portions are fantastic. You get lost in the arcade forgetting your age and falling in love again with the arcade. You can win prizes and they also run promotions of all you can eat wings and play. Unlimited play on the arcade is fun. Hoops hockey table and so much more. They even have a virtual reality ride. They place is very big and can accommodate any size. The look is modern and fun. They just remember painted and cleaned up the inside.
Not worth a second trip! Hostess at the front entrance was not friendly, no hello, I started the conversation. She directed us as where to find a table with as little interaction as possible. Found said area, that hostess must have has similar training as the first...not friendly either. Tables and menus were sticky, very sticky. Silverware made you wish you brought your own. Our waiter, thank goodness for him, was very nice. He was attentive and helpful in explaining the game playing process. Food, some good, some not great. Kids meal, Mac and cheese, from a box. Could have made better at home. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. Games were fun, probably because we didnt have to interact with any staff. Ticket redemption, what a joke!! Again, what is with the staff being so disengaged? If I managed this place, Id retrain almost everyone!
It has been a long time since I been here but everything has changed as well as some of the staff. Went and sat at the bar and Heather the bartender was very polite pleasing to chat with. She made a snowcone that was amazing! The food was amazing as well. I had the bang bang chicken and the other dish is steak, lobster and shrimp linguine. I cant remember what the drinks were but they were tasty. Thanks for the good customer service Heather!
Great family place, always fun to visit. Enjoyed all of the games, great appetizers and love the cool kid drinks you can order. Our waiter was excellent. They were out of the fried cheese curds that day so that was a little disappointing because they are awesome. Our food was great, atmosphere was family friendly, not too crowded for a Saturday afternoon.
Visited around the noon hour on a weekday. Front desk not overly friendly. Was almost alone in the gaming area. One of the few places left where you can find an assortment of the largest, newest video games. Of the many games I played only one was not fully operational. Worked but was missing one of two (redundant) buttons on the controller. This was found to be repaired during a visit a week later. Lunch time bacon cheeseburger was better (it was good!) than expected for a facility that may not necessarily focus on food. Service was friendly and quick. Overall around two hours of fun and food for about 50 bucks.
Fun place for adults and kids. So many games to choose from. Good food and drinks.
Always a great place to be at. Service is always great, bartenders are attentive and the food is good. But.... they DO NOT have the Derby Owners Club anymore. Which is an automatic 1 star review, but the staff is so good that I make this a 5 star review. Who ever decided to get rid of that game made a very poor decision.
It felt like a waste of money just by the food we ordered. For $54 we expect hot fresh food but instead it was pretty much cold, and since we arent the type to send food back we just ate it. ( If you ever watched the movie Waiting youll understand)And the ladys room was disgusting. How often is it being cleaned? Not sure if my family will be coming back to this location its kinda sad we had a better time at The Summit at least the service and food was better there. Hopefully this place will do better.
They were able to accommodate my party of 8 very quickly. The food wasnt too bad but took a long time. That being said with the time issues it was due to the time of day and it is also Friday night. My cousin ordered a strawberry mule (alcoholic beverage) but they messed up and forgot the strawberry in it. My son loved being able to play the games with his family though so that made up for some of it. Better luck next time to your crew.
The staff members are wonderful! Super hard working. Super sweet. Very playful. They make sure that the chaos that is a huge place full of people, remains fun! The only downside is the machines break a lot and you end up bothering those poor employees. I would recommend this place because it has stuff for any age. From skee ball to claw machines to vr and then some. If you go, make sure to be patient with the employees who fix machines...there is no lack of labor there.
Alright, since you asked. I liked the vibe and the friendly staff. Wouldnt mind hanging out there again, except I would like to have a place to sit and watch the kids without feeling like I have to order something. Seating that is just for resting would be ideal. And thanks for caring about those ratings.
Customer service is a hit and miss. We came once and had good customer service and no complaints on the unlimited wings. The second time we came we got a sassy server that insisted on forcing everyone to get something, and when we put the orders we barely got 10 wings for the unlimited and we got the side of wings before the unlimited. She barely stopped by and didnt care to help. The manager was helpful and the games are fun. The prices are ridiculous though and the customer service is just lacking.
Good place to hang out with your friends. If you like sports, games, and drinks Id recommend this place. Theyve also got good food as well. Decent prices overall.
Its closed. Reflect that! Wasted drive
Great place! Staff at the restaurant was very nice! Arcade was a lot of fun too! Be sure to check them out Wednesday for half price games! Got to play a lot for a lot less than most arcades!
Standard good dave and busters
Our server was nice, and the food was hot, but it did take about 45 minutes to get our food from when we ordered. We waited about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. It was a long time to wait. There were a lot of games out of order, and Im not sure if they were short staffed, but there was a long line at the ticket exchange place.
Always have a good time here. Bartenders are always nice & get your drinks out as soon as they can. Waiters also do a great job serving & the games are always working as well as the new VR game they put up.
Great atmosphere for young and old a like. Brothers birthday was celebrated there and the family had a memorable experience.
This place always keeps you on your feet, they have great games and a bunch to choose from. They have good menu items. The atmosphere was chill, but in a good way where it wasnt so hot. Great place to get your game on.
The kids have a pretty good time here but theres less and less for early elementary age. The happy hour deals were a must because it can be a pretty pricey visit, and look for coupons for power cards. A few machines gave us problems but the technician was quick to get us some points back. The real disappointment was that the kids didnt get to play a few of their favorites. The wait service was good the night we visited. Overall, solid place to watch a game and partake in some family time.
This is a great place to hang out before a movie, good drinks and friendly staff. The games arent very fun imo. The games I used to enjoy here are no longer there.
We stopped in today for a bite and some games. Our server was Tyler and he went above and beyond today. My daughter couldn’t have dairy and he webt back to the kitchen and made a special slushy lemonade for her. It was super sweet and we appreciated it
Awesome atmosphere. Always fun times coming here. Food is good. Drinks are awesome. Just a really fun place to go to with friends and family. I been going here for years and never had a bad time. This place is fantastic!
Our little guy loved it and had a blast. Talked about our trip there for weeks. Went early afternoon and facility was clean and all the games were well kept. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the bar staff were to busy chatting to take a drink order. We had to get loud before we were acknowledged after standing next to them for wht seemed forever.
Clean environment, good food and friendly staff with a good variety of games. I just wish they had more car games to play with more people.
Poor service. I asked a waitress to clean a table that I was waiting for 10 minutes. She told me I shouldnt had sat there because it wasnt clean. She talked to me with an attitude too. After that incident, I had to track waiters to serve me. The restaurant was slow by the way, no reason for me to seek service. I stayed because my son wanted to play and watch the game. Otherwise, I would of walked out.
We had a great time at the Westminster location yesterday. We had a large group and were nervous because we’d never been there before. The manager, Curtis, helped us at the front desk and helped us find a great table with an awesome server. We will certainly be back for more!
Went back to give them another chance after our first bad experience. Sad to say that once again we left very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by our waiter then another 15 for our drinks because our waiter was busy conversing with the other wait staff. Our food came out 35 minutes later cold and wrong. I asked to speak to the GM, while he was dressed very sharply he’s “yeah...yeah...yeah...” and cold attitude was not very professional in my opinion. Needless to say we will not return to Dave and Busters again. And the whole place was filthy and it was sunday evening. NOT that busy that you can’t clean under the table and the restrooms.
I loved the place.. their happy hours drinks are so good.. great food .. fun games.. its suitable for everyone ..from kids to adults.. and best part was that you can actually redeem your points on food..and definitely prefer food than those gifts.. overall great place . I would like to go back to that place ..
We didn’t care for our food (except for the cheese curds which were good), but had fun playing in the arcade with a few drinks. The staff was considerate and replenished our game card after several games did not work. In the end we had a good time.
Attended a company Christmas party here, had a great time! Food was delicious, space was great (big private party area, well decorated w tons of TVs, clean), staff was awesome, games were very fun of course - wide variety of games to choose from. I do enjoy Dave n Busters in general, first time to this location, it lived up to the experience.
Lots of interesting games, good drinks at bar and friendly staff. The arcade is a bit cramped with most of the location taken up by bar and restaurant. Probably not a problem on the average day but on a busy night it can be a bit cramped in the arcade. Still one of the last arcades of size, especially with drinks.
Service was fine. Food is pretty good, but my hamburger was kind of dry. A little pricey for the portion sizes. Very loud inside.
I have not been here in a long time but they have remodeled and its really nice. Wish they had a deal for unlimited games for an hour or something like that but with the food combos its not too bad.
Wonder what seating to average capacity is? There was no seating. And at times I couldnt tell if a table was not occupied or not. Not sure if anyone clears tables or picks up glasses. 2 of the games didnt function properly. Pac man joy stuck would get stuck in a certain position. And the large crane only moved to the side. Kids enjoyed it and thats pretty much all that counts. Next time we will try the food if we can sit and eat it. We are from Cheyenne so it might be awhile before we return.
The place and staff were great! The food not so much. Burgers were super dry and fries were overcooked. Other than that we really enjoyed it.
Always a good time great service
It was very nice, although it is very expensive. One of the waitresses was super nice to my grandson and went out of her way and bought my grandson a ball. It meant the world to him, as he does not play the games and all he wanted was this ball. She was so awesome. Thank you I didnt get her name but I really hopes she this and know how much she blessed him. So it was worth the trip there just for this.
Food was great games fun
1) Waitress didn’t know their own specials from their website (1/2 price games & $3 blue moon on Wednesday)2) Charged for a refill on ginger ale for my wife, who’s pregnant3) Mac & Cheese was literally out a box, no effort at all4) Took 10 mins to fix bill because of issue #15) At least 5 games we wanted to play were out of order6) Another 5 games took our credits but didn’t allow us to playA very underwhelming experience for $100...I wanted to go ask for our credits back that the games took, but the line was out the door because they had one person working the front desk.Would appreciate a follow up from management, but they’re probably too busy...
They have better prizes then Boondocks by far but theyre kind of pricey your points go fast and just for 2 hours for my daughter and I and my husband 75 bucks for the first round in 56 for the second and all we got was 5800 tickets not that great for that kind of money but maybe Im a cheap ass
You gotta appreciate restaurant managers! I’m there tonight and my daughter looses her shoe in the game area. The managers go out of there way and bring it back to my daughter. It was our fault I lost it, but they stopped what they were doing to help us out. Then I’m buying some points and a guy is yelling and cruising at a manager about soap. Soap! The manager kept telling the guy he could take care of it and sorry, but the guy wouldn’t let him walk away! He’s trying to help you! Everyone keep in mind if you’re nice, the world will be nicer to you!
Had a friend in town so decided to finally try D&B... definitely nothing like we expected. We understood it to be an “adult” arcade but it seems to be more of a place to keep kids busy and the main hangout for groups of middle schoolers in the area. The food was barely edible and I was up charged for peppers and onions on Philly sliders! How is it a Philly without onions and peppers?! The wings were mutated boney pieces of meat, some of which weren’t even recognizable as wings and with three people eating three different entrees we were all very disappointed! Might as well just go to chuck e cheese and at least have decent pizza if you’re going to go to a kids restaurant with games.
The only thing, they need a place to dispense sodas for the kids so I dont have to sit a table with 1000+ credits and 3 kids. We would like to be just going and going and going... not stopping at the table. Great games. Great family time!
We really like Dave and Busters and their specials that combine food and a game card. We were a bit disappointed yesterday that a lot of the games that younger kids could play were out of order. They were very busy and under staffed so service was a little slow. We will always go there though because our kids love it.
Such a fun place.
Its a good night out but overrated and over priced.
Its fun to be able to socialize and let the kids play games, but the food took too long. We had some trouble with the cards not loading properly and it took FOREVER to get it resolved. And the cheap candy and prizes are the worst. Not you D&B Westminster.... just that business model.
Had a great time for my son’s 4th birthday party. The location was clean and with such a large selection of games, we were never left waiting for our turn.
Fun place to go with a group or a date. Drinks arent too expensive and its right across the street from an amc theater so you dont have to pay movie theater alcohol prices.
Took my grandkids to Dave and Busters and we had an awesome time! Enjoyed dinner, played the arcades then watched the Wilder/Fury Boxing match and had a churro desert. We had a great time!
Reliably fun for all ages. Games are refreshed regularly with a few classic exceptions. Kids always have a blast.
Half price Wednesday keeps the kids happy lol.
Lots of fun, drinks were pretty good for prices. We spent $60 average per person on games for an hour of entertainment. I would highly recommend VR its $10 per theme, very fun.
We were there with a party of 12, we called prior and do understand it can get busy. We were told to come in and they’d have a spot for us, when we got in the hostess said “we are out of space” but got a manager and we were sat at two separate tables, we were fine with that! When our server came out quite a bit after we were sat, she got our drink orders and brought menus, we asked for kids menus and never got them. About 45 minutes later when she returned with our drinks we ordered a second round and appetizers, when we got our appetizers they were cold and it was over an hour later so we asked for another kids menu so we could at least order for the children. After about 30 minutes we finally asked for a supervisor and got some plates for the appetizers at this point we had decided to leave because second order of drink had just got there. We asked for our check and as the waitress goes up, merely up two stairs, we see her getting upset about retrieving our check and gossiping with other hosts about our complaint. I met her to let her know we can see her and after making an incredible excuse of what she actually was talking about, she said “thanks so much for talking with my supervisor, thanks so much! I really appreciate that!” We had a $300 bill, to be treated horribly! Our servers name was Bri!
The food was good but as a lot of people said, prices are high but my family had fun and left full. They did make a mistake on my sons food and made sure to make it right, the only issue I had with that was that we all ate our food while he had to wait for his food and they didnt offer any kind of discount for that. Still a fun place to take the family.
Hands down the best service I have received the operations manager Augustine Santos was amazing and very helpful!!! My son lost his card and was very upset about his points plus the money I had just loaded on his card and Augustine was nothing but amazing!!! Thank you so much for making my sons night!!! Best customer service I have received
Great place for adults chucky cheese type of fun. Will recommend to friends and family alike.
Lots of fun. Purchased Groupon for unlimited play for 2. Great deal right... Not quite, the unlimited is for BLUE GAMES ONLY, not the GREEN GAMES. Obviously there are very few Blue Games and TONS of GREEN GAMES. (You do get 15 chip points for Green GAMES however 2 plays and youre done) Watch for coupons for 50% off game play on back of KingSoopers receipts. Might be better deal.
The Food was really good. I like shooter games and there is a good selection of those.
The food was good for a combination entertainment venue. We got 4 appetizers and they were all gobbled down with verying levels of positive comments, but zero complaints. The nachos were a hit, which is awesome, because I feel the platter nachos at some other places are excuses to go light on ingredients, but this was packed with flavor. The lettuce wraps were given a so so rating but everything else was on point for the prices. The games area seemed updated and fun, the midway section was great group fun, ping pong balls were flying everywhere. Went on a Sunday so it wasnt too packed and service was pretty good.
All around great experience. Very good food and reasonable prices! Spent a bit much on playing games but whole family had a blast!
So much fun. Games can be pricey, best to go on half priced day. Games also give out a good amount of tickets. Prizes are also very reasonable. Restaurant section is also great with good food and good options. Just wish they still had the pool tables.
My Son wish this place was his second home and awesome new layout of the entire establishment. Excellent place to have an event or just unwind with the kiddos, take a load off and have some fun! 5 stars All Day!!
Awesome atmosphere. Lots of games to get lost in.
Good food and fun for kids. Nice remodel. Video game cafe thing.
A little pricey but so much fun. Everyone one from myself to my 9 year old love it
Always love the bartenders here at main bar.Easy to get service, even when theyre busy.
Love this place! Doesnt matter the locations it is always awesome
Greetings, birthday party for kids. They had Good time with the games. Staff was attentive & helpful. Happy trails
Good food and service. The whole family had fun.
I went to D&B to watch my local Hockey Team the Colorado Avalanche play in a rivalry VS the Detroit Red Wings in MLK holiday day game @ 1 pm.I was hoping that maybe this Dave & Busters would be different and change my perception of big chain restaurants in that D&B have a standard of execellence, well I was very disappointed in that every TV in the bar and restaurant was old and the screens were faded. But what was most disappointing was that the Manager Ernest refused to turn on the overhead volume (just in the bar) area for this very popular rivalry game.So we quickly proceeded to eat the super yummy lunch, which was chicken Waffle sliders and we left.At least the food and bar service was good. The lack of foresight by management that has at least 20 TVs with very poor quality screens and would not play sound for the people at the bar-that I personally asked if it would be ok to play the game audio-just completely disregarded us. I wont be returning
Cant beat going to Dave & Busters any night of the week, they close at midnight, and they have a great food menu, from tacos to burgers, to salads, to main course meals like pasta, rice, salmon, shrimp and stake. All on their menu. They have Eat & Play menu too for $22, or $33 you can eat a main dish and play.
Still a great place to meet family and friends. The bar staff are best in class and its convenient to hang out while my kids play games. Enjoyable atmosphere and an accommodating staff all around along with the updated layout, 5 stars. Perfect for short notice group parties. They are never phased and always make it a great time.
As always I love this place. The food is great, the service is awesome. And when a game goes down they are quick to fix it and reimburse you the credits you lost. Keep up the good work!
My son got sick and we were trying to find a trash can or something close for him to throw up in there was nothing anywhere he couldnt make it to the bathroom so needless to say he through up all over the floor and himself. plenty of workers walked by and acted like they never saw us other guests came up to see if we needed help and so they went to the bar to let them know we needed help the workers still didnt do anything while my son was covered in vomit a worker finally come up to us and say we dont have to stand with the vomit that we can leave and a worker will come and clean it up not acknowledging that my son is cover I had to try my best to clean him up with cocktail napkins worst experience ever
Would have been nice if it was more adult orientated less kids dont get me wrong I have kids but they are grown and in there mid 20s to 30 it was alot more fun as an adult to go b adult without kids.....
Decent food and fun games but the service is lacking. Very hard to get a drink or even order food. Bartenders have poor service skills and in general could care less.
Bartenders were not friendly at all. No smiles. No ill be right with you nothing. Nodded in my direction which apparently means what do you want. Went there to celebrate my sons birthday and sat at the table for 40 minutes waiting for a waiter. Went to the bar to order drinks and the 2 bartenders working wouldnt even make eye contact and had attitudes when we ordered. Granted there was a few of us that ordered but this place isnt cheap, so to be treated like scum and spending 20$ on 2 drinks seems a little crazy. Ive gone here a ton in the past and have never left feeling like that. Their bartenders used to be the most pleasant people that worked there. I have to say I wont be returning unless the people I know are working. Money wasted on what was supposed to be a great time.
My family and I went to celebrate my sons birthday. We ate our food and stepped away to play a couple games. Our waiter found us asked if we are done I said yes and walked back to the table with him. To find people already at our table with our food still on it. I would’ve appreciated waiting for us to gather our things before having someone sit at our table.
This place is awesome Sean especially made our time here really special! Be sure to have more people like him on your team!!
My second visit in 4 years. Food was surprisingly pleasant, games were fun. The fifth star could be obtained by a quicker response from a host (We waited 10 mins, eventually sat ourselves). At least 3 games took our credits without any game play. Over all we spent $157 for 3 people. We had a good time, just couldnt give it 5 stars.
Have lived near here and coming here for years. It has had difficulty with consistency with staff and maintaining a palatable menu. Our most recent visit was well better than it had been for a while. The staff was attentive and pleasant, we had a much more enjoyable visit than wed had for a bit. Will return more often if this trend continues!
Great place for entertainment,, food, beverages, family time,
This place rocks!!!! We went on a super busy Saturday night for the fights and were promptly seated, well taken care of, and truly had a phenomenal experience!!! First time in this location but certainly won’t be the last!
I thoroughly enjoyed going and being with my coworkers at Dave & Busters. I have zero complaints on the service they provided. The food was delicious and excellent, and the drinks were great as well. The atmosphere was great, just a lot of fun to be there. I will always recommend that people incorporate having fun in their lives with the people that they work with. It brings the work staff together in the realm of promoting true workplace morale. Thank you Dave & Busters for a great time. Thank you to my coworkers as well for a great evening out together!
The arcade is what you could expect for any arcade but the food, while it looked and sounded good on the menu, it was expensive and was far worse than fast food. They do a lot of business but honestly, they could do better by their customers with the food they serve.
Great place ! Great service !
Great location. Only a few games were unavailable and it wasnt crowded.
It was alright, my only complaint is the waiters take forever to acknowledge you and serve you. But once they do it’s all good.
Great selection of arcade games, open area for food/drinks near arcade. Need one in fort collins! :)
We went for my sons birthday and we were having a good time and then the power went out, an act of God. No change, unfortunately no power means no swipes. We will be back soon and well spend too much money and make up for this time. It will all work out in the end.
