Brought my wife and the kiddos here for a family birthday party and we had a great time. Nice staff, fun games, and MINI GOLF! The one main turnoff was the severed hand in the ball pit, but other than that everything was perfect!

Awesone place for a Kids Birthday. The staff was not just attentive, they managed the entire event. From keeping track of all the kids as they rotated through several activities, to ensuring everyone was following the safety rules to managing the food and beverage distribution- wow. I highly recommend this place - the kids had a blast!

Me and my family went there today for the first time and I must say we really enjoyed ourselves. The employees there was respectful and kind. It was clean. We will be returning back soon.

My kids had a fantastic time! The concession prices are super high, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The staff was very kind and helpful. It would be a good idea to have a staff member in the putt-putt area to control unruly participants. That was the least fun part because of the other people behind us.

Great place for 7th birthday party. Bumper cars and mini golf are somewhat unique experiences, bouncy equipment is a solid go-to for this age group, staff is proactive. Pizza in pricey. Arcade $$ for the party package would have eased frustrations for some of our guests. I was surprised to be asked to tip our host. She did a good job, but no other party place asks that. I expected market compensation for the staff to be included in the price.

Kids can play here for hours. Laser tag is really fun for me also.

This is a decent place to take the kids. My kids love all the options for indoor play. Been to several Birthday parties there and feel they did a great job with those. Some broken games but otherwise well maintained and clean.

WOW what a great place to have a party and we did two kids at the same time slot. All you really need to bring is Cake and a few balloons! I got compliments for all the adults who brought their kids. They hit it out of the park 100%!

We have enjoyed many birthdays there. They have those services, sports activities and games like glow golf and laser tag. We went to the baseball tryouts and used the batting practice cages for about 11 years. We no longer go there but they do have many things for the kids to do there.

Im a resident of a nearby town. I traveled 1.5 hours to Westminster on a Thursday, arriving at Fun Zone around 5:30 pm. The commute was an additional 30 mins because the roads were slippery from the rain. When I arrived, the facility was empty appearing to be closed as there were no patrons there at all (they open at 4pm). The facility doors were open but there were no staff at the check in counter. At the check in counter, I projected helloooo toward the back to attempt to get help. A voiced yelled back, yeah how can I help you but no one came out to greet us. I responded back saying hi, can I get some help, we would like to do some activities. A male in his late 20s/early 30s came out and said that the facility was closed for maintenance work. He said that he updated the website a few hours earlier that same day. Since I had just traveled 1.5 hours in the rain to get there I was disappointed and frustrated that the facility was randomly closed that day. The male in his late 20s/ early 30s said that he was the owner and that it was my fault that I traveled there because he updated the website about 4 hours prior. He said, he thought it was a good day to close because he figured it would be empty.This was my first time going to Fun Zone, I thought it was a professional establishment such as roller-skating rink, a bowling alley, or Chuck E Cheese. I did not know it was an establishment run by a frat bro who makes his own hours and changes things as he goes. I checked the site several times in the weeks leading to the day that I went and the hours looked pretty consistent. Apparently, those hours are subject to change at any time. I recommend calling before you go and asking specifically if they are open and what activities are open for the day. The supposed owner was very rude in my opinion because he got really loud and aggressive and blamed me for coming in because he randomly changed the site a few hours prior.One last note, I called that same day prior to my travel to inquire about food options at the facility. The same male answered the phone and answered my questions at that time. If the facility was actually closed, he could have mentioned that at that time. This place was very unprofessional, the staff/owner had a very rude and entitled attitude and I believe that he was being racist toward myself and the children who came with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are a person who likes to feel valued and respected where you spend your money. Apparently, some parts of the facility were open because a group of teenagers went in with bats as I was leaving.

Every once in awhile I take my step daughter and one of my adult clients that has a disability. We usually do golf, bumper cars, and the jumpy houses. Today in particular there were a lot of kids on the jumpy houses, which made me kind of nervous. I didn’t want parents or the other children to be scared of or rude to my client for playing there. The person working (Spencer) told me a time there would be less kids on the houses and the kids and parents that were still there were very respectful! Some of the kids were even following my client around to do what she was doing. I’m very happy and will continue to bring my two favorite ladies here!

This is a great, local to Westminster, Dave and Busters type family fun center. I would even say its better, more family centered, and they have an indoor laser tag, glo golf, bounce house and bumper car area-definately worth a visit!

We had my sons 5th birthday party here last month and the kids all had so much fun. We frequently go here for my boys to play and they love it. Tonight we went and there was an older child’s birthday party where the kids were acting a little crazy. I want to say thank you to the party hosts and owner for settling them down very quickly so it remained safe for the little ones. We also appreciated very much the 2 extra prizes. My one son is autistic and wanted to switch to the same color his brother had with the prize and the owner was great to accommodate him. Thank you. Great service!!!

Absolutely wonderful! My son and I frequent this location every few weeks to play but we just had my sons birthday party there and everything was amazing! The manager Joe is terrific, and staff was very attentive to all of the kids! Wonderful place for all ages!

Well, cost $50 for my 2 Nephews to get in and allowed them to play games. Laser, golfing, bumper cars, and other fun activities-- so heard this is a good price for all they offer! Ordering food--took some time-- only 1 young man to take many orders. Spacious area, we had a nice time!

I love coming here! The staff is very friendly and I love the addition of the new games. I come regularly and it is always fun for my daughter (adults too).

Considering you have places like Chuck E Cheese and Dave & Busters that have removed the playground aspect to make everything a transaction, its refreshing to incorporate both elements. Granted, you pay for mini golf, bounce house, laser tag, etc, but at least its available so kids can run around and get their exercise along with the games. Plus, they can still win prizes. Ill take it

What a wonderful surprise and experience at the Players Fun Zone...I was greeted with exceptional hospitality. For $25.00, my 7 year old grandson had the best fun playing laser tag, glo golf and bump cars and had $10 voucher for an actual arcade...There is a batting cage and bouncers too. Will consider for a birthday party....We will be back...

The glow in the dark mini golf was fun, and the laser tag equipment is good. Theres also arcade games. The kids had a lot of fun. Although the time on the bumper cars was short, but it keeps moving.

This is a nice indoor games and activity spot. I strongly recommend it to those with children ages 4 to 12. On rainy or cold winter weekends Players Fun Zone can be a treasured resource.

It use to be so fun but it has changed big time from when I use to go when I was younger. But its ok, better for smaller kids, not teens.

My son had his 6th birthday party at Players and all the kids had a blast. The staff was professional and courteous and kept the party running smoothly.

My girls had a blast! Very well kept and clean. Reasonably priced and tons to do.

We held our schools Post Prom event at Players Fun Zone and the staff was top notch starting with the manager Derrick! From the beginning, he went above and beyond to help with the planning and execution of the event. That night his staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. All 200+ students had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed all of the attractions and overall it was an amazing experience.

As soon as you walk in the smell of uncleanliness hits you. The staff are inattentive and I witnessed an incident with one of the few adults on staff getting into it with a parent. He was so gruff and rude that we all decided to leave. This place needs a major renovation not only to the interior of the building but to its staff. You deal with children, you could be a bit more sensitive and better trained in customer service. We have given this place chance after chance, we will never be patronizing them again.

This is a great place to bring the family. There are plenty of activities including Lasertag and minigolf, with packages to lessen the cost. My only gripe is that they refuse to take my preferred credit card American Express.

There wifi connected ticket counter is a total rip off, not accurate at all. Stealing fun from children and when called out on it staff was very ride. Dont waste your money.

I went there for my granddaughters birthday party and Players did a good job at helping make it a good experience. The kids and adults all found fun things to do there like arcade games, bumper cars, bouncy houses and other games.

Not a bad start but really could use more box arcade games. There is space to load down on them, that could make this spot a place to spend 5 hours instead of 2.

Visited only for the glo-golf, which was pretty good. Lots of unrestrained children, which is understandable. If you want to play mini golf on a rainy day, its not a terrible choice.

The staff was great, the facility was clean, they were organized and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. Everyone, parents included, loved it. We had a blast. Dont underestimate the bumper cars, they are extremely fun. Overall this place has good value if you get a package to do everything all at once. I managed to play six games of laser tag during a 3-hour package. The only thing I think this thing needs is more arcade games, not just ticket games. but with their not being a lot to do in Westminster, its a go to thing

The Glo golf is great! Fun, clean place. Arcade is small, but lots of fun games.

Great for the kids but the they need new inflatables thats the only thing you will notice when u get there.there staff is friendly great customer service but they dont get 5 stars cause they need to replace there old equipment. Kids still had a blast

My experience @players fun zone for my sons seventh birthday was truly exceptional. The customer service was great from start to finish the manager Joe was extremely helpful and very polite as well as the two party captains Brooke&Sophie who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The venue was spacious,clean,kid friendly all that I hoped it would be plus more. This was my first time here and it surely wont be my last!!!!!!

I went there as I have for the past 10+ years to use the batting cages yesterday afternoon. After I had spent $50, put onto the game card & waited 30 mins for my turn in the batting cage I was then approached by an employee and told I could not use the cage because it was being reserved. When i asked for my money back, I was told that wasnt possible and then was told to leave and return another time when they were not busy to use the money on the card.There are plenty of other places around, I Wont be returning to this place after the way I was treated.

I recently took my nephew to Players for his birthday party. As soon as we walked in, his eyes lit up! The staff was extremely friendly and they know how to work with kids, which is sometimes hard to come by. While the kids were enjoying the awesome attractions that were included in the birthday party package, some of the adults decided to try out the batting cages, and others hit the arcades. Everyone that attended the party had an awesome time, and walked away with some really neat prizes! My nephew is begging me to take him back this weekend!

Reasonable priced family fun. Get the combo for 3 attractions and an added value card. Cant upgrade once youve made a purchase. Gan get busy during parties.

Maryland Construction Network hosted a networking event at Players Fun Zone on November 17th. Our guests had a great time! I was extremely impressed with Derrick Clarks professional skill-set. It was a pleasure to work with him; refreshing. Players Fun Zone is exceptionally clean with all of the amentities for young and older to enjoy. I would absolutely host another event and will certainly tell my friend and family about this unique Carroll County find.

Great place for a date or even a family outing. Lots to do for people of all ages.

Ive been going there for years and always have a ball whenever I go, staff is always friendly and understanding. My only wish is that they had a bigger selection of arcade games.

Could have a better selection of foods. Other than that this place is great. The only other thing I could advise is getting a rock climbing wall.

I gave my 9 year old a birthday, it was wonderful, Joe and Tim was great and the host was excellent, will do it again, next year!!!

Had to wait ten minutes for staff to come to the front desk upon arrival. Seemed understaffed. Staff was very rude and unpleasant. When asked for the manager was told that he was the manager and if I didn’t like the place I should leave, so I did. I will definitely not be going there again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either.

Celebrated our sons 8th Birthday party at Players Funzone Zone! Our personal event leader took care of running the show. It was probably the easiest party weve ever had! They supplied paper supplies, Pizza and sodas. We were free to bring in cake, chips and anything else. Great experience!

They cheated me out of my money. I spent money for 3 passes and the manager gave an excuse why we couldn’t come back to use them all and they were way over priced. I also attempted to get a prize that there was only the display model because they didn’t have in the back so they made me choose another prize. Even though they didn’t have any in the back I won those tickets so I should get the prize.

Love this place, employees, and management! Always very accommodating to our baseball team!

I recently visited Players a couple of days ago and was VERY unhappy with my experience. My basketball team and I went to celebrate our season. As soon as we got there is was very weird because there was one family there and other than that the place was empty. As a matter of fact only one employee was seen in the entire facility the whole time I was there (which was not very long considering the circumstances). After the team bought out tickets to go laser tagging, we went in and played our 15 minute game. About 5 minutes through the game my friend noticed her laser gun was not working and after the game was over, told the employee. The worker said that it wasnt their fault and that they were sorry. Soon after my friend went and got a refund of her money and we left. All in all, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.
