This is definitely THE place to go to if you want to be in Nature for a short while. A place that is very well maintained and is very safe. It has trails that will meet exercise requirements of most of the people. (20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes) It has ponds, waterfall, staircases to go up and down, flower gardens, open space, ducks, swans, fish etc. Best of all, it is free. Enjoy an hour or two!

This place is truly great, they have everything here. For kids, for nature lovers, you can feed the animals here, all around its a great place and there is plenty of places for cookouts as well. There is also tennis courts and handball courts here, as well as basketball. Its a perfect place to fly a drone so you can see some of the pretty girls at the college across the street! Just dont get arrested.

Clean & meticulously kept up, tho theyve added a lot more rules & regs. The biggest disappointment is no more fireworks in July since the college bought it! They were THE best!! They could make good money if they even charged 5 bucks a head...

Great park to bring kids!!! Has more rules then I remember growing up. The Dinosaur tracks arent visible anymore. Lots of parking and renovated/new areas. Cleared/cleaned out a lot of trees around the pond. Not as much birds. Added Koi to pond as well. Always a worker around to ask questions.

Very calm and beautiful. At first I felt a bit awkward since I didnt see many people of color but many mind their own business when seeing me and my family. All the people I saw didnt wear a mask. They would cover their mouth with their hand when passing by you.Thats it. But overall is good Ive been there before but today was my first during this pandemic

A great well maintained park in Westfield for family, groups and individuals. There are organized events in the pavilion, restrooms, playing fields, walking trails, waterfalls, ponds, bridges, Rose and flower gardens, totem pole, shaded areas a simply great place to unwind. Spent a good part of the day walking and enjoying all of the activities going on, taking pictures, enjoy.

Stanley Park was built by Stanley Home Products, years ago. This park is gorgeous with playing fields, flower gardens with two gazebos, a covered Pavillion, a tall angel statue, which was a gift from Mexico, hiking trails, and a charming pond filled with coy fish and sporting a covered bridge as well as a faux mill with water wheel. Ducks and geese grace the pond grounds and if you can stay quiet, there is a bench near the woods where you can feed squirrels, by hand. It is no wonder that many people choose to marry either at the covered bridge or at the fountain in the gardens. There is NO admission charge. Plan on spending at least an hour or two in this beautiful wooden paradise.

One of the best parks in Mass. If not the US It can be as hectic or serene as you desire. Childrens play area, tennis courts, large open play field, beautiful rose and flower gardens, wooded picnic area, Japanese Gardens, a of wooded walking trails along the river and much more. I cant describe the total enchantment I have and visit there at least weekly.

One of the hidden gems of Western MA. The park includes thousands of yards worth of open field for all sorts of activities. Pavilions door special events. Trails for walking/ jogging/meditating (along the riverside). A beautiful, massive flower garden. My favorite part is the duck pond where nearly a hundred ducks reside, as well as dozens of geese, and the elder Swan. Truly a lovely park.

I love spending time at Stanley Park. The place is beautiful with the variety of plants and flowers throughout the park but also the wildlife especially around the ponds. I also appreciate that much of the place is handicapped accessible though there are many stairs for those that can manage them. I am recovering from knee surgery so I loved being able to challenge myself when I felt comfortable to do so. I have every I intention of going back to this beautiful and relaxing place and it is all free. I am looking forward to seeing the roses in bloom.

Stanley Park is a beautiful Park and I will definitely be back! Awesome board walks take you around a large pond filled with coy fish, with lots of ducks, different geese, and a swan. They dont seem too bothered by humans walking by and theres food pellet dispensers if you want to feed them(not bread please!). A smaller pond has Lilly pads where you can look for frogs and turtles. There are a few gardens to walk around and a lot of Fields as well.

Great place to walk around pond with ducks, geese, swans, and fish that you can feed. There are streams that run down the hills to the pond and a water wheel. There are also trails through woods to walk or run. Fields are set up in the fall for soccer games and there is a newly done outdoor basketball court.
