The Asa Bales park is so neat, but it is not super toddler friendly. There are amazing climbing structures, and really cool balancing activities, but most everything is meant for taller kiddos. Definitely going to go back once the littles arent so little.

This is trail is about a mile, a tad more. Nice paved walking path. And two childrens parks, one at each end. Also nice pavilions that people can have picnics in or a little party. Skate board ramps and bathrooms. And beautiful catalpa trees!!!

Love this park. Love it so much, we drive from Irvington just to be there. Playground, shelters, skate park, canal, disc golf, bridges, gardens, walking path, fields, and wild life! My oh my! Hope you like snakes, cause there are plenty of snakes. We saw around 5 crawdads just doing their thing. A baby snapper was chilling as well. The field is well kept. The playground has been up dated, and is perfect for tag. There are two entrances, maybe more, but the two I am thinking of each have a playground. The canal is fun to walk along, and you can see several schools of minnows swimming. The skate park is perfect for beginners and pros alike. Ramps, high pipe, rails, drop off curbs. So you can jump, grind, or gleam that cube. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Shelters are plentiful for having a get together w friends and family. Its worth the trip, I guarantee it.

A small family park. Peaceful and a nice walking patb

We stopped here for a rest stop while driving through the state. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the playground area and picnic tables. The kids really enjoyed the unique playground equipment. It was the perfect place to get out, stretch our legs, eat our lunch before continuing our drive.

Im so happy I stumbled across this park on my way north. Perfect for releasing some energy for children, indicative play structure provides endless outlets for fun.

It was definitely clean and well kept. There were several things for older kids but nothing really for toddler or shorter children. Also, theres a big creek and no kind of fence around the mouth to stop darting kids. We dont really have that issue, but I watched 2 other mothers with multiple children have to grab one for taking off for the rocks.

We decided to check this park out other evening. We enjoyed it. My kids love the fitness court and playground equipment. Very clean.

Pretty park in a neighborhood. Do not try to disc golf here. Impossible to navigate. Pedestrians and disc golfers alike are in danger at all times. Nice park for kids tho Im sure.

Great playground for kids 8 and under. The frisbee golf courses is meh ... Split into two parts with a couple minute walk between, and just open Fields, no wooded.

Nice neighborhood park. They plant their trees too deep in the ground. They wont live as long as they should. The playground s are a big improvement! The one near 32 is in the sun and too hot to play on in the summer. It really is a nice park.

The equipment gets too hot. Its not an overly hot day. 84 degrees and the equipment burned my 3 year olds hand.

Love this park and it has a perfect 1 mile loop to walk on.

This is our favorite summertime hangout! The kids and I come here 3-4 times every week during summer break.

Wonderful introductory disc golf course! When I play, I play the first two holes then 3-7 then stay in that section and play 12-16. THEN walk back and play 8,9, 10, 11, 17, 18! Enjoy

Small park with nice walking trails a playground and frisbee golf course. Theres a shelter and the restrooms are clean. It not the place to spend a day but its nice for a short stroll or as a place for the kids to play.

Well kept and not one, but TWO playgrounds for kids to play on. The playground on the north side was missing a slide last time we were there. Hopefully its replaced soon.

A very nice clean park with lots a wide path to walk that leads to other areas of Westfield including downtown Westfield. There is also a water fountain, a dog water fountain, restrooms, a skate park, and swings for kids. There is a nice small creek that runs through the park as well. The park is always well kept and clean, I enjoy visiting there often.

One of my favorite of 2 parks I frequent in Westfield. Its the best atmosphere to exemplify the hometown feeling and Americana. I very much miss the warmth of having Westfield Rocks The 4th there!
