Its not a park! Its an open field that the city was supposed to build a park on years ago but still havent. They sure like taking my tax money though

This is not a park. The city of Westfield says it will be a park - a dog park or something for years. But it is still just dirt.

I live right by here and as of spring 2020, this is literally just an empty field. Its been flooded for half of the winter. Not sure what makes this a park, but would love to see some sort of development.
