Caroline worked on three pieces from my late aunt, and worked magic on them! For the first time since Ive known these paintings, Im finally getting to see them in their original color and even brought out the scratches on the original frames. Theyre beautiful, and Caroline did a wonderful job. Shes very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she charges fairly for her quality of work. Highly recommend her service to anyone who needs restoration done!

Caroline was so fun to work with. She had terrific ideas about how to frame a painting that we bought at an art festival. Her selection of frames was extensive but she knew exactly what would look perfect with our piece. She also completed the framing quicker than we anticipated which was a wonderful surprise! Wonderful! I called on Wednesday needing a print framed for Saturday. They said they were booked two weeks out but would be happy to accommodate my timeline. I was quoted a great price and picked the print up that Friday. It looked beautiful. I am more than happy with service and will be a returning customer.

I came in the day after Christmas 2015 and was in search of a frame for a print by one of my favorite artists (a new Christmas present). After going through several options of wood frames in the store, I stated I really wanted a frame made of simple barn wood. She made my dream come true! The best antiques and collectibles shop in town. The owners are so helpful and will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I purchased a few end tables that the owner refaced herself. She does an amazing job and price her items just right. They even have some haunted items... I highly recommend this store.

My best friend Molly is very attached to her dog and I got a watercolor painting of the pup commissioned for her birthday. I wanted it framed somewhere locally so it would be treated with care and found this adorable shop. The owner Caroline is not only talented and very good at what she does, but shes extremely friendly and flexible with helping you stay within your timeframe and budget. We found a beautiful frame that complimented the piece perfectly and Caroline even went out of her way to choose a mat tinted rose to correlate with the color scheme. It looks incredible and Im beyond excited to present it to Molly as a timeless gift.

I had a poster from Berlin depicting the wall. My frame complimented the unusual subject perfectly! I dont get many things framed. Those are special. Now this poster is timeless! Well worth the trip. The cute, quirky shop is delicious!

My Mom had a house fire and one of her favorite pieces of art, which was a watercolor was damaged. The Recovery/restoring team and Insurance agency considered it a complete loss and said they couldn’t repair it. My Mom heartbroken just figured it was gone. I decided to see if Caroline could help it in anyway... I am SO glad I did!! It turned out amazing!!! Caroline even managed to get it done in time for Christmas!! My Mom was SO overwhelmed and SO happy!! Happy tears were shed all day just looking at the painting! I never realize how much talent goes into picking the right frame for my art work. After searching for someone to help me frame a oil painting I recently purchased, I decided to go into Uptown Framing and Antiques.in Westerville. Thank goodness I did. The moment I entered their lovely store, Caroline and Wade (the owners) quickly greeted me and began to talk with me about my project. I felt like they took an interest in my ideas while suggesting different options based on my preferences. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, but once I made my final choice, my art work was done quickly. I am very pleased with the results and I would recommend their framing shop to anyone who values quality and understands how much a frame matters. I also purchased an antique beverage cart which is such a wonderful and functional accent in my home. I frequent their shop now on a regular basis now so I dont miss any of the exciting pieces that come in daily.

Caroline is master of restoration. We took 3 pieces to be cleaned and restored. Wow! We are thrilled with the work that was done. So glad we found her. Caroline is not only good, shes also very personable and loves what she does.

It was a lovely experience working with Caroline. We brought in a painting we purchased at an online auction that had potential but was grimy, had paint flaked off, had a noticeable dent in the canvas. The frame was loose and dirty. Caroline walked us through the options we had for restoring it and helped fit the work to the price point we were hoping to stay within. She got our painting done sooner than she had estimated, and took videos and pictures of the process that she showed us when we came back in. The work was beautiful. She got the dent out, matched the paint that had flaked off so well we can’t tell it was ever missing, cleaned up the piece beautifully, and tightened/cleaned the frame. It looks a thousand percent better!

I had an amazing experience with Uptown Custom Framing. I brought in an antique blouse that my great grandmother handmade in the early 1900s. It means a lot to me and my family but over the years it lost some of its shape and had brown spots from age. Caroline framed the blouse how it would have been worn and somehow hid every little brown spot. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out!!!

After traveling through Paris this summer I started hunting around for a good frame shop that would frame the two watercolors I purchased abroad for my new apartment. And, I am SO happy I finally settled on the Westerville Frame Shop!Not only did they work within my humble budget, but they also completely transformed my pieces, making them look even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. By far though, the best part about going to the Westerville Frame Shop are the owners. They are just complete rays of sunshine - so friendly and warm. They engaged me in conversation and got a complete feel for me and what I was looking for before they ever talked business. You can tell that they just love their jobs and the art of framing - so cool.So anyway, once we finally did get down to business and I mentioned that I thought two simple black frames would be fine for my pieces, they just laughed. And then they showed me more ornate frame options that literally fit my style perfectly, as well as my budget. They also helped me pick the perfect mats from their supply of leftovers in the back (also budget friendly). Overall, they were right on when they told me that Im not a simple black frame kind of person, because I LOVE my newly (and ornately) framed pieces!!!My watercolors are now hanging in my bedroom and they are by far some of my most prized possessions. I will keep them forever! I also will be back at the frame shop soon with other pieces from my travels that have been hogging coveted space in my small closet ;)

The folks that run this place are simply amazing. They got a piece done for me in less than 24 hours. I walked in at 5 oclock and we went over what I wanted and they had it ready for me the next morning at 11 when they opened. They really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed when I needed it. Not only did they get it ready super fast, but Caroline made sure that everything was within my budget. I will never go anywhere else to get anything framed.
