Excellent time. Very enjoyable evening. Would definitely recommend. They do need to work on there rum punch. Not good at all.

My friend was in town so we decided to check out a sunset cruise. It was very beautiful. Staff was sweet, offered to take photos us. They had fun music and comfortable seating with just an amazing view. I really enjoyed it.

Nothing like a late night boat cruise w cocktails and great music abroad.

Would like whole wheat penne pasta. I k how they have whole wheat spaghetti but I like whole wheat penne. Other restaurants I visit have whole wheat penne. A must

Had a great time on Hakuna Matata. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this boat for anyone who is looking for a corporate party or a great time out with friends.

After storm locker of vests, gas cans and cleaners in water. Hopefully it get a cleaned up soon?

Nice 2 hour tour. Brian and Kristen are terrific hosts. Friendly and courteous. The daytime cruise in a beautiful day is relaxing and our crew informative. Drinks expensive.

Love the Hakuna Matata catamaran, bike tours, kayaks and Jet Ride! One stop shop entertainment for all. Kami, the manager, is very knowledgeable about the area and local entertainment.

Unreasonable cancelation policy and terrible customer service. We booked a sunset cruise at noon that same day, by 2pm torrential rainstorms blew in and continued throughout the afternoon and evening. We had 3 very small children with us and didnt feel the water was safe for them. We called at 3pm to cancel and were told we could not cancel for a refund. We later learned they couldve tried to sell our tickets to people on the waiting list, but at the time we werent given that option. We tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone with the authority to refund our money, and when we finally spoke to a manager we were told that inclement weather was not covered in their cancelation policy and there was nothing more they were willing to do for us. So now were out $200 for a boat ride we didnt feel safe taking with our children and Visit Palm Beach would rather pocket our money than provide reasonable customer service.

I really enjoyed this sunset cruise for a friends birthday. We were a group of 12 ladies, but i think it probably had about 30 people onboard. The staff was excellent and accomindating . We provided our own snacks and beverages but they had drinks for sale if needed. They play top 40 playlist. Dancing and relaxing on the West Palm Beach waterways was very relaxing . I would reccomend as a good date night or partying with friends .
