This dog park was nice to let our dogs soak up the sun and run around. There are 3 fenced sections. A smaller grassy section, a larger grassy section and another large gravely section. All 3 sections have walkway paths bordering them which is nice to walk laps around. There is water and bowls available for the dogs. But we brought our own water and bowls for our dogs (which I suggest you do as well). There were several friendly dogs and the owners are friendly as well.

I bring my dogs here every weekend. A lot of people do not clean up after their dogs and its very annoying and some dogs that come are intact males that will go after my dogs. But there are a lot of other great pet parents that come and our dogs get a long great and they have a blast. I think there should be a rule of no intact dogs and they require vaccine records. That way everyone is safe. But my dogs love this park.

This is a great dog park. Lots of benches to sit. Each of the three sections have drinking fountain. There is a sidewalk to walk/run on. Also bags provided so you can clean up after your dog. There are no restrooms but there is a park right across the street and its right next to the animal shelter. I didnt give it five stars because theres not much there. Im used to the draper dog park with its stream and fire hydrant.

Im at the vet right now to get her some relief. Maybe time to spray for fleas since its in an area tht floods on occasion? ENTER AT OWN RISK

I love this dog park for my dog, it’s large, and usually there are lots of dogs for my dog to play with. Good dog park setup but there is no control over no big dogs in the small dog area. Every time I’ve come there are big dogs in the small dog area even though there are signs. My dog is terrified of big dogs so we have to leave really soon. Won’t be coming again as long as there are big dogs in the small dog spot.

I bring my Yorkie here every now and then. Its great because they have separate closed off areas, one for small dogs and two for large dogs. One of the large dog areas has concrete and gravel/dirt, for those who prefer something other than grass. This pic is the small dog area which is pretty big. I havent seen any dogs here who dont get along with others. My dog loves meeting other dogs and following them around. There are days when it is not crowded or even empty and of course days where it is a bit crowded, depends on the weather too but Id say sometime after 3pm or before 10am is usually best.

Most people are very respectful of watching their dog and checking any aggressive behavior right away so there are less fights than other, bigger parks. Some people for get to pick up after their dogs. I think that is disrespectful to us who do.I wish there were more of the covers so when the wind blows you could be out of the cold wind.Overall I have been taking my dog very often and I really think the set up is great. What I also like is you can walk around the area and get your own exercise.

1st time visiting here. Great place to get your dogs/cats and any other animals out among other dogs and kids to play with. Wasnt very impressed with the upkeep of such a popular park especially one that is well-maintained to encourage other people to keep going back. Not likely to go back to this location just because of the lack of maintenance/effort being put forth by the parks n rec crew. Not a great way to attract people who are visiting there for the 1st time. And for goodness sake, people pick up after your animals. Nothing more disgusting than dog owners who cant clean up after their dogs.

This is a really great off leash dog park and I would come here regularly if it was closer, but if you are luckily nearby its worth coming to because:on a sunny weekend, expect it to be crowded! I like that there is an area specifically for little dogs. I feel like there are a few small gaps in the fence where really small dogs could get through. One of the gaps is out into the parking lot, and another is through to one of the big dog areas. Theres also some owners who dont pay enough attention to what their pups are doing. None if these are really a big problem if you are paying attention to your own pup.

Its a big fenced in area with multiple areas inside it for different types of dogs (passive, small, etc.). There are poop bag stations on the fence about every 20 yards and a water fountain for your fur babies to rehydrate. There are benches throughout, one covered. The only thing I would really keep in mind is there are a lot of the prickly weeds in certain areas. So just check your dogs paws after and make sure they didnt get any stuck.

Great place to let a high energy dog run off energy. Plenty of room to run and play, with 3 separate areas for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. One of the only downside would be that some owners dont use these areas as designed, small dogs in small dog side. There were at least a dozen smaller breeds in the large breed area (for example, Corgis in the area with Great Danes). The other downside, and its not controllable by anyone, is the fact of the snow and ice maker for very must conditions in the winter. Other than these 2 things, its an awesome place to take your dog for socialization and play time.

PROS:* 3 large, separated areas (2 grass, 1 gravel)* 1 of the separated areas (grassy) is reserved for dogs that are better off playing away from the general pack (anxiety, size issues, etc.)* Water fountain(s) for humans and dog bowls.* Cemented sidewalk surrounding the play area* Benches for humans* Limited trees/shade* Poop bag dispensers hung on fences around the play areas, w/trash bins to dispose of them* Overflow parking nearby (Unsure if official, havent been asked NOT to park there)* Built away from community, breeze blows freely and feels countryCONS:* Limited parking on-site, can be difficult to get in/out, may be better to park in overflow across the street* Not every dog owner is vigilant about cleaning up after their dog, check your shoes and your dogs feet before getting into your car* Located just West of the Mountain View Corridor, it can seem like a long drive to get there.All-in-all, this dog park is a great place for you and your dog to get out of the house, feel the sun, and socialize with others. Most other dog owners here have been fairly private, keeping to themselves, but allowing their dogs to socialize with each other. As Ive visited, Ive found fights between the dogs to have been few, with owners jumping in to separate the dogs, as needed. Very few helicoptery dog-parents seen here. Ive seen a wide range of breeds, without any signs of banned breeds or anyone making attempts to make others feel unwelcome. My visits here have been pleasant and my dog goes NUTS when she realizes where we are going; she loves this place.

This is a very basic dog park, but the people make it great. There is a huge variety of dog sizes, ages, breeds..., but the owners are almost always responsible and understanding. It is a great place to socialize your pooch. Dogs can run and play and wrestle and fetch without “helicopter owners” being overprotective. On the rare occasions it gets too rough, I’ve always seen owners step in immediately and put a stop to the aggression. There are separate areas for small dogs who don’t want to mix in with the big ones and a dirt area that is less used for owners who want less interaction. Heads-up: the water is turned off in the winter so bring a jug to share or just bring your own.

Wonderful!! There are 3 separate fenced areas for dogs of various sizes, and during the summer there are working fountains and bowls to provide fresh water for human and beast. Two of the areas have grass, well maintained despite the heavy traffic, and the third area is rocky. The rocky area may not be a people favorite but I like to have my dog play there for part of the time we are there because it helps maintain his nails! be careful though, to much play in the rocks on unprepared feet can cause bleeding. There are many trees and a few covered sitting spots for owners to relax and get out of the sun while their dogs get to play.
