Fun place we go every year its a time share place. So many great memories had here

Outdated, unclean, you have to call for all services, room wasnt cleaned once, no instructions on trash removal. Pictures are deceptive, its in the middle of a very busy tourist town. The ocean isnt even visible, the beach is only accessible via a more then mile drive across a busy 3 lane road out of the parking lot. There is nothing resort like about this place or location, wouldnt recommend it at all.

Has a pool decent hotel and is nice because it is right near congdons donuts

The location is AWESOME and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Loved the pool and especially the outdoor hot tub! You can even smell the fresh doughnuts being cooked at Congdons Restaurant from your room! Love it here!

Ive been staying up here for over 10 years and I highly recommend it for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Excellent location makes it even more desirable! The pool and hot tub are a really nice bonus as a break from the beach. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Comfy enough. Good hot water. But the condition of the rooms is so-so.. damaged curtains, cracked sheetrock, holes in the couch cushions

Bed way too firm . Woke up with back pain every morning. Kept waking up in middle of night. Could not get comfortable.Pool was 1/4 size of pool that you would normally find..Apartment size rooms, with kitchen and table/chairs. Thats the good thing about it.Bathroom had jet tub that did not function. BAD

Ok place. Clean, quiet, about 1.5 miles from the beach. Guests I spoke with were nice. Only complaint is cell phone and Internet service provider signals are non existent. Resort wifi must be dial up its so bad. Youre not getting a good signal at this location.

The property was beautiful, great maintained pool and spa. Great helpful staff!!Great location food trucks on adjoining property with beer tent and music, great restaurants within a mile as is the beach.I stayed for a week through interval international. 2 thumbs up!!!

Nice place, 1 mile from the beach. Food truck park right next door. But the pool is incredibly small and always crowded and no playground for kids. Our units 3rd floor is almost too hot to use, for the cost it should have air conditioner. Also, had to buy dish towels and no dish rack? Not having linens is really inconvenient

Extremely well appointed condimium style rooms with full kitchen. A nice place for two adults and even family.

First time at this resort but hopefully not the last. Easy to get to and if you just want to park your car there is a lot that you can walk to. Its next door to a breakfast and lunch restaurant. You can walk to stores, movie theater, grocery store,various restaurants and to the beach. The room has a fully equipted kitchen with full appliances. Room very clean and for this stay very quiet.

We have owned 2 units at the Nautical Mile(formally Congdons) for over 20 years. We bought when sons were young,just far enough away with plenty of activities for all of us. We still enjoy our week. Would recommend to others, no matter the ages.

Accommodations were comfortable-some problem with the television and staff not very helpful with the exception of a young Asian man. He did his best to help us when we had requests or questions.

Centrally located with Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.

Nautical Mile Resort is my favorite place to stay in Southern Maine. It is so clean, friendly, accommodating, quiet, we absolutely love staying there. The rooms are not really rooms, they are tiny apartments, complete with small kitchen/living rooms that sparkle they are so clean, and are completely outfitted with every appliance you will need. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean and have a full bath. We have stayed there three times and been happy every time. The Nautical Mile Resort sits far enough back from the road that you never hear any traffic, but you are close enough to the wonderful variety of restaurants, should you desire a wonderful fish dinner.

Gave us the wrong room and we paid for one twice the size. Theres a fold out couch but way too much furniture in the way of folding it out without it being a serious fire hazard

I stayed at the Nautical Mile Resort twice last summer and both times had a pleasant experience. It is in a convenient location right on Route 1 and is only minutes to Wells Beach. The units were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds and pool area were nicely kept as well. I will be revisiting the Nautical Mile Resort in the coming months without hesitation.

My family and I have been going to the Nautical Mile for 20 years. Its a great place to bring the family and only a mile from the beach.

The Nautical Mile Resort is so convenient to everything that once you park your car you may never need it again! The staff is very professional and the rooms are neat as a pin! They have everything you need, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and FREE WI-FI.

Love this place. Been going for over 25 years....when it was Congdons Resort. Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, laundry room and nice clean fully stock rooms.

This place is great. Clean, spacious suites and very comfortable. This is our 2nd visit here.

Location is super convenient, dangerously close to Congdons (which is not a bad thing), and easy to turn in and out of. Overall happy with it.

Its nice but they should move there physical year to accommodate people betterLike for instance start billing for the following year right at Christmas time thats absurd why not just bill a year in advance ?Maintenance fees are what im talking about . An you want people to keep coming back show some initlitave for those that are whole owners give us a break an stop billing for the upcoming year right at Christmas an at the very end of the year?Ive been an owner here now since I bought from Congdon resort 20 years ago?

Ok, wish the parking was closer to my room and that there was an indoor pool . Also would be nice to have a stronger internet connection.

Nice place, unit was clean, furnishings in good condition. need to extend pool/hot tub hours, and really need to put a light by the grill.
