Pine Hill Recreation Area is a very very nice place there is a bunch of pavilions grills baseball fields theres a very nice skatepark that my son-in-law goes to as well as trails they go through the woods however theyre perfect for children and if you wanted something a little bit more moderate theres also Trails for that but the Overlook Trail is nice my children did not mind it and I rode a tricycle of my childrens at the skatepark

Pine Hill is a beautiful park set near the top of the mountain. It comprises 174 acres with baseball fields, a soccer field, skate park, pavilions, and over three miles of walking/mountain biking trails. While on the trails you can see an amazing view of the valley, and wild life. Pine Hill has had a number of 5K races that make great use of the walking trails. This is one of the best little known parks in the Waynesboro area.
