This is a cute little neighborhood playground. There are three different activity centers in a cute woodlands theme: ages 2-5, 5-12,and a swing set. Both play centers have climbing activities and slides. The playground is surrounded by mulch so shoes are best for the kids to wear. The swings were too high for kids to get up on them independently but hopefully they will fix that soon. If you have a special need child in a wheelchair or scooter then you are slightly accommodated with one entrance into the playground but then you have the mulch to deal with. There are two benches for parents to sit but they are both under trees and covered in bird droppings. There isnt a parking lot so if you drive there you will have to park on the street . If you live in this neighborhood then you can walk there for some exercise.

This is a small park in a neighborhood. It is not the closets to my house but the other one is under construction. It is a nice little park and the kids e joyed themselves even though it was cold. I was worried my puppy would dig the whole place up.

Fun little park that was clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed their time here exploring the little hidden nuances of the playground.

I like that there are 2 different parks. One for the bigger kids and one for the smaller kids. My 3 year old can FULLY enjoy herself and I dont have to be in a constant state of worry while shes playing.

Not fenced and no restroom nearby

His is a sweet little neighborhood playground with playground equipment. There are no picnic tables here and parking is street parking but as it is not often busy that is not a problem. The equipment is very cute.

Cute small park, no room for lots of parking

This is a wonderful little park. The playground equipment is divided by age appropriateness. It has a woodland motif which is nice and earthy. It isnt overwhelmingly large so parents and caregivers can keep a close eye on the children playing from any direction. We take the grandkids there often and love it... Thanks City of Waxahachie for giving us the new park to brighten our area. By the way, the photos attached are old. They were taken before the playground equipment was added. The photo with the dogs is a different park altogether. I will take some photos of the completed park and post them.
