My 7 year old attended the winter camp. He looked forward to going each morning to play with new friends. The staff, especially Ms Nicky were kind, engaging with the kids and kept them safe. The playground is on-site which is a plus. I really want to keep this Rec a secret so that my little one can always get in the class.

I haven’t really spent much time here except to play Pokémon Go! Keep in mind that this is a different location than the reconstructed Fort Stevens at 13th & Quackenbos.

A great place for seniors. It offers various activities that most seniors can enjoy.

Only the tennis courts were open,basketball court still close

This park is nice. I like how the playground is all age friendly. Unfortunately the bathroom is inside so if the door is locked your SOL

Clean playground and friendly people

The playground is great for young kids, and includes a small splash area in the summer. In addition, there are tennis and basketball courts as well as a soccer field and a wooded area nearby. Many families enjoy picnics and cookouts in the area.They could probably stand to do a few things more w/ the main building (classes, etc.), but overall a great place for kids & community meetings.

It hosts an recreation center and senior citizen center. It has and outdoors sprinkler system for the younger kids. It has two (2) basketball full courts and four (4) tennis courts. A beautiful multi field, for soccer, baseball or football.

Nice playground but not so safe for little wonders as both the big kids and small kids play area is in the same gate. I liked better the Takoma Recreation playground!

Loved this playground and I heard its brand new. It has a nice small splash park for the kids to enjoy during hot days. There are also tennis courts and a soccer field.

This is a great neighborhood park that needs way more attention than it obviously gets. Maybe I caught it on a bad day but there was trash everywhere and the grass was not mowed. The fields were cleared at least but it was just unsavory

This new playground is great and integrates the Fort Stevens history into its play structures like defensive embankments, cannon and cannonballs, and lose timber. There is a small splash park area during the summer.

Good little park. Always clean, and good playsets for 3-10 year olds.

Kids have a wonderful time there! Basketball courts, soccer field, tennis courts and plenty of slides and swings for the smaller kids.
