Their products can be expensive if not on sale, but they ALWAYS have a coupon for their non-sale items. I love their variety of products from beginner crafting and artist materials, to higher end. The aisles are a little tight, so it is best to take turns going down the aisles during the pandemic to maintain proper distancing. Not a problem- just a tip :) Fun fact: I got all of my bridesmaids bouquets here- for 40% of each with coupons and patience.

In general I like Michaels. I can always find what Im looking for. My recent visit was not great. I had a large purchase with many bags. At checkout I asked the employee if I had everything, she assured me that I did. Once home i noticed that I did not have all of my merchandise. I called the store, spoke with the employee that waited on me and she stated that I forgot a bag. No, I didnt forget a bag, she didnt give it to me. The store was ready to close. I needed the stuff in that bag for the next morning and was not able to obtain it. I had to drive back to the store the next afternoon. No apology was offered. I asked that a manager call me. No call. Im very disappointed in the staff and will not be shopping there any longer.

Great selection for crafts and faux flowers but theyre always super expensive when you get to the checkout line. Definitely try to get here during the major sales!70% off all spring/summer flowers right now (early July 2020), so definitely stop by if youre into floral arranging.

Pricey, but lots of variety. I could have spent more time (and maybe $$) if the restrooms had been open.

Long lines for check out. Went quickly, but line was extremely long. Only 2 cashiers. Poor kids were working their butts off

No matter what kind of crafty project you are thinking of they will have what you need. They cover nearly every option of art medium. And the pricing, depending on the item, can be a touch on the higher side - but the brands they carry have a higher quality than say, crayola.Also, they do UPS drop off. Found this out when I had to return a college text book rental to Amazon. In and out of there in a couple minutes. Package returned without problem.

We came here this morning about 9am after the Dollar tree next door to get stuff And this place is cleaned, Cashiers are nice and alot of things for crafts and yes we are coming back if we need stuff.

Average craft store. Aims at the low end so if you want something nicer but more than just be beginners you should pick somewhere else.

As a guy I feel a little feminine walking in here but sometimes you need things that are there. Even as a dude lol.

They have a large selection of about everything you would need for various crafts. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. They also have demonstrations And how to clinics.

Use this store for online pickup and returns regularly. Aisles are pretty packed with product stands and the like which may make it hard to get or see points A and B but the store is great for me.

Well organized and kept up with across the floor. Great clearance section on seasonal items, usually up to 80% off. This particular location appeared to only have 1 employee working at the time, a cashier, with 0 people on the floor. It wasnt a big deal for me as I was perusing for what to buy, but I dont know what would have happened if the cashier was requested for assistance by someone.

Michaels is always fun for me to go to. Love to see all the crafts, ornaments, and gift ideas. I teach 3 & 4 year olds, so Im always looking for a deal. I needed mirror glass paper and sure enough they had it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Read sale signs carefully.

I miss Michaels so much. It left Wheeling, WV and I dont get to Wash. PA very often. The store wasnt so huge. The help was always there for you pleasant and to assist. The products were just what was needed.

Ive been a loyal customer for years, but this branch has recently stepped up their game, & I needed to share.My mom, my best friend, passed a few weeks ago, & I wanted to do her casket pillow. Arts & Crafting was our thing, we could spend an hr in Michaels, deciding on the best items for our art/craft that day. She had done flowering arranging for nearly 3yrs, for weddings, gifts, & funerals. She °always°made the casket pillow for friends & extended fam, & i decided that somehow Id do it for her.Cut to me, sitting on the floor of Michaels, in the isle of silk flowers, somewhere between shock & mourning. One of the managers talked to me for a while, making sure i was okay enough to drive. When I got to the register, Id started getting dizzy from breathing too fast & shallow, & needed to rest a minute more before driving. The older woman at check out was very kind & concerned; shed offered to call someone to pick me up, & got me water to sip. It was near closing, but she told me I didnt need to hurry out. When I felt better, she made sure I got to my car safely.It was extremely difficult making these for my mom; I wanted them to be perfect for her, to honor her & my Dad(who also passed just months earlier) & be able to convey just how much she meant to me. Thank you

Cant find prices for a lot of items. Only 4 employees working that I saw 2 were ringing 1 at frame shop and 1 putting stock out.

We drove to this location for a specific item that was showing in stock on their website. After searching the aisles ourselves, we went to the registers and asked the employee if they knew where we could find it at since we couldnt locate an employee on the floor to help us. She said I have no idea, I dont work on the floor! After making this unprofessional comment, she took my phone with the item information to someone with a bit more knowledge of the store. The second employee was much better, thankfully. She took the item number, returned my phone and searched the inventory in the back in addition to the boxes on the risers. She determined that it was an error in the system and apologized for the inconvenience. Hopefully this store can improve their customer service going forward.

Thay have good stuff

Staff is always pleasant, store is always clean. Have gotten rid of some products that I used often so must go to Hobby Lobby for them now but still use Michaels as my main supply store.

Great place for baking supplies and crafts

I have bought a few things from here and yes it is convenient when you are in a pinch or Walmart doesnt have what you need but Im going to be totally honest with you I would rather find somewhere like Craft 2000 because I think Michaels is too expensive and way over priced on a good bit of their stuff!! So I would say this its a wonderful place to buy crafting supplies even decorations that you dont have to make yourself if you dont mind the price!!!!

Best place for dried flowers, beads, crafts and ideas.

They have a good selection of items, and you can occasionally find some good deals. But for the most part the prices here are just too high.

Its Michaels, we usually go there when they have a good cupon.

I wish the employees would learn their store just a bit better. I was told they did not carry an item I was looking for, and during the rest of my shopping they surprisingly had it.

The custom department in the back of the store was very busy today. The staff handled the situation with efficiency and compassion. There was a young girl named Paige who managed to pull herself away from some very time consuming custom work she was doing for a customer (who was waiting), allowed another employee to fill in with less technical assistance while she (Paige) focused on designing my two custom framing orders. Paiges people skills, technical knowledge and multi-tasking ability all while under pressure were top notch.

I was looking for stickers for Childrens Church and I wasnt sure if Michaels had them. I was looking for smiley faces, crosses, hearts and stars. Im happy that this Michaels sells all of these stickers in bulk!

To tell you the truth this is my go to store for art supplies. It is often more expensive than I would like but they have what I want. I do have an issue with getting help when needed as they are always short staffed like all the Trinity businesses. Management needs to put a smile out there. Smiles are free, cost nothing. I use a rewards discount and watch sales.

Only reason I gave 4 instead if 5 is that they never seem to have enough staff. But the ones there are always polite, informed and very helpful.

I love the products at Michaels, I just wish the pricing was a little bit lower. They have a great selection of products but depending on when you stop there is almost never anyone to help you.

I took my daughters Prom bouquet in as I made it myself. It was almost completed and I had a couple of questions about wrapping the ribbon. Deborah who was at the bow/floral counter was there. I asked if she was busy? She said, Yes!! What do you need? I explained my question and she rapidly spurred off how to do it, I said could you say that again? She asked me, what dont you understand?I then offered her my daughters 90% finished bouquet and asked her, would you please just show me what you mean? Deborahs responce was, NO. Im getting annoyed because every flower on this thing has been purchased from Michaels. She flatly says to me, if I touch that, Ill have to charge you $30.00.Thanks Deborah youre a real peach!

Only place I can find literally everything I need, however I only give three stars bc the prices are pretty high. Some of the items I use can be found at other places for far less money so makes me wonder why Michaels is so pricy
