The Luce Foundation Center was a really cool visit! Its a public art storage and study center located within the old Patent Office building that the National Portrait Gallery and SAAM share. Its really cool getting to see the archive of all the works that arent currently on display! If you visit, check out the Lunder Conservation Center in this building as well, where you might get to see the staff at work preserving some of these works.
