Enjoyable winery. liked their Syrah best.

This was our second visit to Saviah and hands down it will be on our itinerary for every future trip. The staff are incredible kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The wines are some of the best I’ve had in Walla Walla. And the property is beautiful.

Drew was great. Well timed tasting and he was very accomodating and truly kind. Beautiful venue. Winery was stellar at following Covid protocols and protecting their clients. Great job. Wines were as usual of nuanced quality and challenged the palate in delightful ways.

Only had a small selection of different wines to taste but it was early on in the season and they were very accommodating. Actually discussed the history of the area and vineyard. If you like red wines a little bit on the dry side I would recommend them. They said they sometimes do an ice wine but havent had good luck the last few years with their late harvest.

We had a nice tasting at Saviah. The wines were very good, but weren’t hitting that “sweet spot” for me. I did pick up a few bottles for drinkable souvenirs. My palete remains old world, and nothing in the States can touch a great Bordeaux, Brunello, or Ribera del Duero. Yet, that’s my taste, not yours. Go and enjoy Saviah.

What a friendly, welcoming winery with amazing wines. Whites and reds! Got to meet the winemaker and the artists who’s art is displayed on the walls. Don’t miss this winery, we had such a lovely time here.

Beautiful spot! The tasting was great and the environment was amazing. Perfect place to buy a bottle of wine, bring some snacks, and enjoy a beautiful day on the patio! We really enjoyed our time here.

Best wine and best staff! Hands down!!!!Went to many wineries in the area (four previously) and this place had the best wines in our opinion. We were there about closing time and all the taxi services were busy for hours, on top of that our scheduled ride canceled on us. Not only did the winery let us hang out while they closed down, one of the employees drove us back to our hotel!They had a great act of kindness that put them over the top in our books, but the bottom line is their wines were the best in our opinion and thats what we are all here for. The tasting room host, Denise, was very gracious and helpful. The wines were not my favorite of the day when we were tasting, but certainly didnt have anything bad. Very rustic, cabin-y sort of feel.

Enjoyed the time here. Staff were very friendly, wine was quite good. Enjoyed the local artwork hanging as well. It was a nice break from the scenery-focused tasting rooms. Well worth the stop!

Rich Funk is one of the greatest winemakers in the Northwest. His wines are always amazing, balanced, and true art in a bottle. The tasting room staff are great, and characteristic of the fun loving winemaker/owners love of life.

We had a great trip to Walla Walla, but this was the single sour note. The sole person working and pouring seemed overwhelmed, and very pushy about selling the wine club. Pour me some wines and educate me a little before launching into all that! There was another person helping him, but she did not make eye contact and did not interact at all with visitors. We left halfway through the (free) tasting and no one seemed to care. I guess you get what you pay for as far as tasting experiences.

Of our Walla Walla tour this was our worst stop. Poor service, mediocre wine, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by many wineries and tasting rooms in Walla Walla, however Saviah was a significantly negative exception to our overall experience in Walla Walla.

We loved this winery so much we joined their wine club! Great atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff, plus great wine!
